Carlos and his team did a great job replacing and repairing my gutters. Carlos came quickly and was willing to work on a Sunday to avoid the rain coming later in the week. They showed up on time, worked all day, and charged exactly what he said he would, which was very fair. The .5 off for work quality is for the damage done to my wisteria by not listening to where I said to trim it away from the gutter. But that's not a huge problem as they aren't gardeners! I will definitely call Carlos again when I have issues with my gutters. He also pointed out a roof problem which needs quick repair, which I appreciated.

Great service, fast, punctual, and did a great job. I look forward to working with them on other projects.

Carlos came to look at job, priced well and promised to be back next day at 8:30am to do the job. He was there on-time and completed job. work was excellent. would highly recommend him,

Took a few hours off work for my 12 pm appointment, no call and no show. When I called them they had no idea who I was and just asked if they could come later, again they never even asked who I was, crazy. They also speak very limited English, making communication that much more difficult.

The project went great,they were neat and clean,and did a very nice job.

They were wonderful!

At first all seemed fine with Magic Renovation. The price for the job was reasonable (complete rip, replacement of 2 beams. I was told that the pitch for the roof would be perfect and I didnt have to remove any items from the garage. They arrived on time and completed it by the time that they said. When I saw the roof It looked good except I wasnt happy with the way the seams of the paper looked and was told that because they used heat to create the bond so that was how the seams were supposed to look. Garage was a mess. I would have thought that they would have used a tarp to cover up the items in the garage and then folded the tarp over and dragged out with the garbage inside. That wasnt to be. Ok, work completed? Well a couple of days later we had heavy rain and water was pooling and not draining. Called and the person who did my roof came over 2 days later and said that he would be back 2 days later to adjust the pitch. He came in the morning as agreed and did the work when I wasnt home. Came home to find a 3 x 3 foot patch on the roof and a piece of 2 x 4 supporting a beam. None of that had been there before. I initially left a text message requesting that he come down to the house and explain to me what he did. I received no response and two days later left a message on his phone requesting that he call me and explain the reason for the patch and the additional support. Its been 3 additional days and still no response. We had more rain over the weekend and the water is still pooling but not as bad as before. For a simple remove and replace job maybe they are at their best but in this case where they had to calculate the correct pitch of the roof I feel that this group of workers were out of their league. As of 4/24/19 still no response and the patches that he installed when he attempted to correct the pitch of the roof are starting to bubble. Biggest fear is that water is starting to accumulate under the roofing paper.

Overall I am happy with the work done. I did check their work during and after a heavy rainfall and looks like the issues I was having before with my gutters and down spouts are gone. I can’t wait for Fall when leaves start falling to see the gutter shield he put on is going to keep the leaves away.

i would highly recommend him. he did excellent work. very polite and professional. he came back twice to fix what was wrong and he kept his word and gave no problem, in the future i will be using him again with further work. he is the best i have worked with.

First time trying it. Was sceptical but as soon as I called was contacted and the representative came out gave me a free estimate. Was on time when doing the job(s) that needed to be done. Cleaned and repaired the gutters put cement flashing where it was needed and worked fast. Added universal strainers(a plus) That night when it rained was so happy not to be counting rain drops. Slept well. Thanks
