+ -1 moreIt got worse. I had cockroaches in my basement but it went up to 1st floor after they did the service request. They kept telling me if I had done my 1st floor together when they did the basement at the same time will be $25 extra which makes sense BUT NO ONE TOLD ME about it. It’s a he said she said now. They want me to pay for another $325!!! Ripoff!!!I got screwed!!!

Description of Work: Our tenants complained of a silverfish infestation. We called, made an appointment and the guy came when expected and exterminated the critters. We can have a follow up in 3 months for a reduced rate. The tenants appear satisfied with the results.

+ -1 moreThey were wonderful. I had used them before. They were very accommodating and very careful. They were really, really careful and didn't cause me to have 3 other jobs to do. I am very happy with what they have done. They were careful about my house and my belongings. They respected my house. I used them because one of my neighbors used them and said they were good. I had used another company and they didn't notice that I had termites for a long time. They were very good in every way, shape or form. I can call them back if I see anything because it is guaranteed for a year. The price was fair. They did what they were supposed to do. They were not cheap but that was okay. I don't mind paying a fair price if, in fact, I am getting what I paid for. It is too early to tell about the quality. I was very, very positively impressed with them and their work.

+ -1 moreI have been using them or 25 years. I love them and I wouldn't go to anyone else. The owner is personable. It is almost like a family type of business. They are nice people and are on time. If they can't come that day, they make an appointment the next day. We pay them monthly.
