great to work with, everyone has excellent attitude . the finished product is great as well.

It went poorly. I had to keep on chasing after them to see when the work would be done. There were multiple breaks in the service and I would have to keep calling them back. They left all sorts of garbage around the property. Once the work was finished, it was determined that it is sub par by other professionals.

The job went well. I hired Imperial after some interior work for one of my apartments.

The painter pointed out the problems with the previous paint job, and he did a very neat, precise, and professional job.

Both projects were finished on time and the work was of high quality.

It went very well. Yamin was able to paint four walls in very little time. He was professional and very neat! The walls look great. I am planning on having him return to paint my living room.

Mr. Yamin communicated timely & effectively throughout the process to keep me informed about each project and when they would arrive. He and his team were punctual, courteous, professional & cleaned up each area where they worked.

They were on time even early and did a neat job and cleaned up behind themselves they worked within my budget and would use them again

Yemee and his colleague were responsive and completed all of the tasks. Overall I am pleased. A couple of the tasks required my direct supervision to ensure they were done as we wished, as some of the work they did was not initially as I wanted. But they were willing to redo the work, as necessary. They were professional and courteous. I am considering them for another job.

The work was completed promptly and I'm very happy with the results. Professionally done and they took great care to make the job clean and neat.

Yamin and Simon were both great. They were able to do most jobs except plumbing and electrical. We had some disagreement on pricing, but were able to work out a solution in the end. They were always on time.

It was okay. However, I still have not received receipts for the materials used. I looked at a receipt briefly and he wanted it back for his records. I asked him about a charge for a trowel (they are reusable) and he said that there was some sort of misunderstanding on that. I let it go until I got an email with the receipt in it. So far, nothing after repeated requests. I am not sure what the issue is there. Second point, he did not provide a long ladder that could reach the roof so that the minor leak could be taken care of expeditiously. We had to wait approximately 1 1/2 hours for it to arrive. If Imperial Contracting got their money up front (for the whole job) and their ladder is on another project, then it's time to rent a ladder from Home Depot for a couple of hours and bring it back when the job is done. On the other hand, the worker that was assigned was knowledgeable and ready to work. He was quick in completing what needed to be done. The person who was the supervisor was friendly and attentive. The question is the resources available. In conclusion, when there is a business deal then both parties are in each other's orbit for that period of time. It's good that you have technical skills to get the job done, but paperwork flows from everything. There is a reason paperwork is there and is being requested.

Imperial was prompt and were fast. It was very difficult taking out this dishwasher because it was old, cracking and wedged between cabinets and our sink. It went very well and they cleaned up everything. Now we are waiting for the next stage of the work, fixing the electricity, and then I will ask Imperial to come back because they do great work and are very thorough and give me many options.

Excellent job of painting a very complicated room. Reliable and responsible. The room was difficult because of the older home. Followed through on when they were coming and did a great job on a room with high ceilings and architectural details. Highly recommend.

Our painter was professional, friendly and did a great job with the whole space. He had everything he needed to do the job and was accommodating with my requests.

I purchased a deal for a painter for a day, and although there was some confusion regarding the deal I purchased and the work that deal covered, the workers were accommodating and did all the work I requested. The quality of the work was good and the painter(s) steadily worked throughout the day. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would hire them again.

They came to paint my bedroom. They were on time, worked fast and did a beautiful job. I am so happy with their work. The 2 guys that came were polite and very neat. I recommend this company.
