Emergency roof repair was needed as there was a leak. Roof was located under a deck and repairs were done quickly and very efficiently. Workers took great care to minimize disruption while work was going on- accessing the roof by a ladder rather than coming through the house, and they put down paper so they wouldn’t track dirt through our home on the rare occasions they had to come from inside. It has rained since the repair and no leak yet! Highly recommend Imperial Contracting.

My experience with Imperial Contracting was pretty bad. Although they were easy to schedule and willing to come to my apartment the next day, once they arrived at the apartment they claimed that the amount we had agreed on for the apartment ($1100) was actually only for one room (which is ridiculous by any measure), and they were alleging this even though they brought 3 people to paint that day (which wouldn't make sense if they were planning on only painting one room). Then they told me they had to charge me for requesting a Certificate of Insurance (which is also ridiculous). In the end, they painted most of the apartment but did not do the doors (which they had agreed to do) and did a very light coat of paint to the point where I could see the paint underneath in some areas. The job was done very sloppily -- they did not paint up to the ceiling so you can see the division of the previous paint job (and we bought a bunch of painters' paint for just this purpose). I hate to say it but I do not recommend this company. If you're desperate and need to use them, make sure to agree on a price and stick to it, and stick around so you can confirm they are painting appropriately.

Imperial Contracting installed laminate flooring in the hallway. They also applied Thorocoating to the back wall of the house and took care of any repairs to the brickwork. Both jobs were done with good professional standards. I also had several interior rooms painted. This took longer than expected but they did all the necessary prepping of the walls with skim coating before priming and painting. And that is important. The only issue I have is the post-painting clean up should have been as thorough as the rest of their work. But they say they ran out of time.

It turned out nice. The only complaint, (I'm nitpicking), is the cleanup.

Signed up for special (7 hours for 1 painter or 3.5 hours for 2 painters). 2 painters arrived. They seemed to have to wait longer than expected for first coat to dry; then seemed in a hurry to finish by the end of first half of day; I didn't notice until they left that they did not paint the inside of the bathroom door; left paint on tile in some places; didn't remove all of old grout before grouting over it (said old grout was too hard)

The job was performed very well. The men worked very fast, neat, polite and did a good cleanup. The price was very reasonable. I would rehire.

Yamin and his crew did a great job. I initially wanted just a couple of rooms painted (with high ceilings) but they were very friendly and hard working so I added additional work for a good price. They also provided certificate of insurance for the work. I would hire these guys again

Contractor Yamin did a phenomenal job on my home. New Roof was installed, beautiful I might add. Also waterproofed the basement He also painted my foundation. And cleaned and rust proof my railings and painted the Driveway Gate. He also painted my porch and sealed all the cracks that were on the steps and porch. He added new Gutters and had them match my rooftop He painted the porch gray and sealed all the cracks . Cleanup was done promptly and left no mess behind. I am very satisfied with his work and his crew was very professional.

Imperial contracting of NYC Corp is highly professional, provided me an affordable price and very details oriented. I hired them for a day work. Later on, i decided to give them my whole house project. They completed it in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend other people to hire them and get their service.

I hired the company again to waterproof the foundation wall and to repair the roof. The work was of high quality and the work was completed in a timely manner.

The workers are very polite, but the job was done very sloppy. The job was subcontracted to this contractor. The initial contract was done with another contractor and I did not find out about it till the job was almost done. I would not recomend this crew for any repairs. The new roof is not even at the edge where it meet neighbors roof. The shingles are all wavy in that section. The flashing at the top of the roof where it meets the siding of the house was a mess, alphatlt spread all over and was not covered with the proper material. The garbage was pile against the side of the house and as a result of that I need to paint all over again. I had to clean all around the house. Pieces of old shingle were everywhere.

Did not arrive date scheduled due to car accident, was one hour late the following day. Overall work was good, did not have sparkling paste had to go to the store to get.

Imperial was very professional and very prompt. We were under a time crunch as we had out of town guests coming in and the work needed to be done in a timely fashion. Not only was there sheet rock to replace but Imperial had to restore the original wall paper and repaint the ceiling so there would be no evidence of any type of damage. It is a dated 'retro' design and the paper had to be replastered in some parts because the wall paper was no longer available. So there were aesthetics's as well to consider when fixing the ceiling. Imperial did an amazing job. This is an old house and there was water damage behind the wall. Imperial was able to fix the ceiling and restore it to its original state without the extensive work of tearing out the wall. It was appreciated that the work we asked to be done was done well. The shower tile was picked to complement the original beige/tan tile and Imperial did such a nice job that the new tile looked like a nice accent to the original design. Imperial had two workers and took a couple of days because the plaster had to dry. It was an extensive amount of work. Imperial was always prompt, courteous and answered any and all questions regarding time line and what our end results would look like. I have had Imperial do work at our home before and based on the quality of the work and professionalism I hired Imperial to work on the bathroom. With guests coming, I knew I could count on Imperial's craftsmanship and appreciated them finishing up under such a tight deadline.

Mr. Yamin did a incredible good job. I feel confident that I choose a reputable company. I would hire again. The work went in an orderly manner without any confusion in the team of workers.
