house cleaning
+ -1 moreAwful! First time I had a deep cleaning scheduled and the person cancelled day of. At least she contacted me. I was annoyed, but things happen, I understand, but it did seem a little off, an hour before she was supposed to come. I hired a different service to do the cleaning. However, considering all the great reviews, and I did like the person I spoke to over the phone, I wanted to try again. Booked and confirmed date/time. This time I really need the place cleaned for an event. This time, not even a phone call or a text, they just didn’t show up. This company clearly has no respect for their customers, nor do they seem like they want new business. Stay away! Completely unprofessional in how they deal with their clients. When I texted them to let them know what happened. No response. AWFUL!
