He was great it was fast and easy, prompt and pretty quick.

Though very responsive and came within 24 hours of contacting him overall felt scammed. Had a baby rabbit problem in our yard - he looked in our bushes, under shed said no rabbits or nests. Paid 150 for this 10 minute review. He leaves, let my dog out and she catches a baby bunny. Texted him and did not hear back. Be sure to ask for complete pricing if they are going to set traps - trap fee plus per animal caught fee - would add up fast.

They came super quick and got the job done quick and efficient

Expedient professional service. Very clean and very reliable. Did a great job was able to diagnose the problem and take care of it. I am very impressed. And I will use them again when I have a problem with rodents, etc. They found dead birds in my attic that were smelling terrible they found, the problem immediately and filled the hole where they came in as well as remove the caucuses. Wonderful service.

Excellent an very prompt service (I called at 5am) . Shaun was here within an hour. He capture the raccoon hunkered down in my yard, set up a trap for another raccoon, and again came promptly to remove the trap. Put my mind at ease. I was very fearful of going out my back door as I was almost bitten by these raccoons. Thank you, Shaun.

Shaun was very helpfull in caputuring the raccoons. He was very prompt in setting up the traps and removal. I would definately recommend him.

Shaun was polite, knowledgeable and responsive to my needs for set-up of the traps and prompt removal of the 2 raccoons captured. The traps were installed on a Friday and Shaun was at my home to pick them up within an hour after I called early on a Saturday. Had the raccoons not been so cooperative, I was told he was willing to leave the traps for 30 days!

We had a family of possums (mom and babies) living in our shed. We discovered them on Motherâ s Day. I called them and they called me back within 10 minutes. They showed up a half hour after (on a Sunday as well). They took care of the possum family (they did not hurt them, simply trapped them ethically and brought them to a nearby park). I would highly recommend.

Shawn is a gem. He truly knows the meaning of Customer Service. His profeasionalism and skill were way above average. While I hope to never have a racoon problem again, my first would be to Shawn

I paid a 1.000 to remove raccoon they set up a system and when animal had died they wanted to charge more money.Not a good company at all .Don't hire them there over priced and don't do what there hired to do.

His price was exorbitant. Yet he did a "lazy" job. He didn't travel around the perimeter of the house to look for any other squirrel holes and sure enough I had to call him back immediately to deal with another squirrel hole. However, he wouldn't set his ladder up to deal with it unless I chopped down half the branches of a beautiful magnolia tree whose branches stopped him from erecting his ladder in that position. I felt cheated by the lack of professional care and about the exorbitant price ($1000) he charged for one squirrel hole. I ultimately called in another exterminator to do the job correctly and at half Bug Johnson's price.
