Shawn was very prompt to responding to me he was able to come out the next day and removal a army of squirrels nesting in my roof pricing was good and he was on time exactly earlier he got the job done in less than a hour. 1 year warranty was provided and he was available to answer so concerns I had about an angry squirrel mob mad that i evicted them from their home lol. I will definitely recommend him and use his services again thank you!

This company was not able to resolve my issue. I hired them to remove a bird nest, in a window panel/awning, located on the 2nd story bedroom of my home. This is where my bedroom is located and I could hear birds chirping during all hours of the day, it sounded as if they were in my bedroom. After the gentlemen arrived and climbed to the roof to see where the bird nest was located, they determined they couldn't locate the bird nest, and figured that perhaps the birds where just roosting near the window awning temporarily. They did notice a little opening at the side of the awning that they thought maybe the birds may have been entering through. They sealed it with what looked like chicken mesh, I paid them their fee of $200 (cash, and I have the receipt) thinking my issue was resolved. One hour goes by and I hear a bird chirping again, I figure that a baby bird must be in the panel. I contact the gentlemen again and tell them I still hear chirping. They come back and outside we all see a bird going to the panel with food in its mouth, as if to feed a chick. They go back to the panel and determine they would need to break it, or break the interior wall of my bedroom to reach the bird and remove it. I told them neither was a suitable option, as I cannot have my property damaged if the people damaging my property are unable to fix the damage, especially as these men advised they are not contractors. Since I could not agree with their preferred course of action, I believe the gentlemen put back the chicken mesh onto the panel and was advised that the baby chick would more than likely die from starvation since its parents could no longer reach it through the opening. Throughout the remainder of the week I continued to hear chirping, though fainter than normal, so I thought the chick was slowly dying, but I could also hear it moving around in the panel. By Saturday, it was loudly chirping again, and I determined that its parents figured out a way to continue feeding it. I decided to contact the gentlemen again, and explain the situation to them. I suggested I should receive a partial refund of $100, since my issue was not resolved, and Iâ m out $200. Shaun, from the bug services, advised there are no refunds and the failure of the job wasnâ t their fault, since I declined their offer to break the panel. Shaun went so far as to say that he shouldâ ve charged me $300 for their services. Naturally Iâ m not happy about this. I feel it is fair, given the circumstances, to receive a partial refund. In my opinion, these gentlemen didnâ t really do much, the whole endeavor was finished in less than 40 mins (and Iâ m including both times they appeared). I believe they are entitled to some compensation ($100) for their efforts, but not the whole amount ($200), since the job I hired them for was not completed. Apologies for the long response, I just wanted to explain my situation, in an attempt to have it resolved.

I was contacted within an hour of looking for help. Mr. Powell arrived and asked me where I thought entry was and took care of that access. We were dealing with a squirrel issue. That night I heard some noise but was told that was to be expected until they all left thru the one way tunnel contraption they put in place. The next day I heard so much more during the day but wasn't concerned because I figured they were still leaving. That night I heard a lot of activity in my bathroom so I banged on ceiling with a broom only to then hear them in my drop down ceiling in the kitchen which totally freaked me out. I locked myself in bedroom and called mr. Powell. He laughed but said he would come again in the morning next day. They did and ascertained that somehow the one-way tunnel thing had gotten bent which let them come back in. Since then I have not heard or seen anything. My only complaint is for the amount charged a total inspection of the house should have been done to make sure there were no more access points. Don't just take my word on where these squirrels were getting in. Im not the expert. I could be wrong and if he needs to come back am I going to be charged again? A complete inspection of the house and gutters should have been done. My mistake. But im grateful because prior to his company I was getting patch work.

The company responded immediately and did the work the same day.the workers was very courteous and polite even showed up on the time they schedule me for. It took about 40 minutes to do the work , but the price seems high $450.00 for a small squirrel hole. they were neat and cleaned up after them selves.

For one half hour of work for the installation of a squirrel cage, $500 seems high. However, the company responded immediately and did the work the same day. Work quality would be a five but I don't know yet if it solved the problem.

They did a great job removing squirrel from my wall and covering up opening so they cannot get back in.

I feel that they are a little pricey for the work that was done. The squirrels nest was removed but not the squirrels. They did not have the proper tools to perform the task so they used mine. Also the covering for my vent to prevent the bird entry is a little unsightly.

Very disrespectful. The guy Shawn was service rep stating he was not not professional at all. Professional work he did not do. He damaged the property and have to pay to get the house repaired from his damage. Also he was there to remove small animals. He tore open part of the roof easement and left it there. He did not get the animals out and just put up a barrier to keep them from getting in. Homeowners are very unhappy with the work. paid him $1000.00 Cash. Bug Johnson replied that they removed animals on first day, that is a complete lie. after the racoon mother made two more holes in roof, Bug Johnson returned to check for racoons again and said there were no racoons left in the attic. We then spent $ 22,000. to have roof replaced, than the mother racoon broke out of the attic and we caught six racoon babies by trap. Waiting to hear back from Bug Johnson. I have pictures of the babies in the traps to show them.

They avoid going into the attic, for the amount charged not worth the work that was done. One of the workers seemed lazy and the other a charmer. Calling Orkin because Squirrels came back. I am holding off on calling Orkin. Bug Johnson Pest Services, LLC called and informed me I have a guarantee and coming back to find out why the squirrels are back. Really impressed with the callback and that is great customer service. Trying another service.

Shawn was a courteous and nice guy. He and his team took care of my raccoon problem the same day I called. He provided a 1 yr warranty, provided excellent customer service and got the job done.

First they told me $350 which was the lowest, when they came to do the work they told it's two car garage and wanted $500 since it's two car garage. Why they didn't ask me this (one car garage or two car garage) before coming to do the work. They only know the questions they have to ask to a person like me, not a home owner. However, since it w2as an emergency, I agreed to this rate to do the job immediately. They gave me one year warranty also, which I asked every company. They did the work and they are OK; but I am not fully satisfied/happy because they didn't clean the area the work was done/treated, the complete garage was full of dust all over the area.
