Over-priced for the service!

Came quickly, and did the job just as quickly. My only concern was a problem he saw, that he could not resolve. Will see if his efforts work out for me.TJB

I called them. No professional truck. Just a minivan. They brought wire material too largely. I had to remind them how to do the job a.nd double up the wire and stagger it to make the holes smaller to keep out the squirrels and birds I had to remind them to remove the old small air conditioner which I told them on the phone and when they arrived I had to watch and oversee the whole time then they charged $550.00, no estimate no rate discussion just to cover my AC sleeve and clear a squirrel nest. In this case, I was very disappointed. There was a time issue so I was stuck with them. They talk a good game on the phone but never again for me. They tried to get me to pay an additional $150.00 just to take away the small air conditioner. The NYC Dept of sanitation. Did it for free after making an appointment for pickup. I was in a rush for compliance otherwise I would not have had them do the job.

Prompt and reliable. I received a call from Shaun on Friday morning. He made an appointment to come to my home the next day at 10am. Shaun called shortly after 9 to tell me they'd be there by 9:30. I described my issue - raccoons living just under my roof above the second floor - and they got to work. They covered the hole with fencing to allow the raccoons to leave, but not be able to use the hole to return. I am very pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to call them for other issues.

The service gentlemen were prompt appreciating the urgency of the situation. They were diligent in addressing the problem and explained what was going on. When needed again, they made themselves available within 24 hours.

We had a family of squirrels who had made themselves at home in my attic and wall. Bug Johnson was excellent, prompt and the price was only 1/3 (yes, 1/3 ) of the price quote from another business. I told them when I would be home but they were early as they had time and by the time I arrived home they had already surveyed what they could of the house from the street and located an entry point. Upon access to the yard they located an additional entry point. Both were sealed and if there are any problems within a year they will come back and take care of it. Within ten minutes of my inquiry on Home Advisor I received a phone call from Bug Johnson. You can’t get any more instantaneous. I am so pleased at the service and quality that I highly recommend them.

Sean missed our morning appointment and was extremely apologetic when I phoned him. He suggested coming over later that morning even the weather was drizzly (I agreed). He assured me he could still provide the service in spite of the rain. Soon enough he showed up with his assistant in tow and they completed the job. I have had squirrels trying to get past the cage thing they erected. But to date they have been unsuccessful. Great job - better yet I received a 1 year guarantee on the work provided. Thanks again.

Bug Johnson is an effective raccoon control company, good customer service also! They eliminated my raccoon problems and returned my backyard to me. Highly recommend! Although it is not cheap, it is reasonable comparing to other animal Control companies that want upfront fees before even catching the raccoons.

I discovered a squirrel in my home on Friday night. I called Shaun at 10pm and he returned my call immediately. He was at my home at 7:30am and was able to trap the squirrel within15 minutes. I have Shaun s number on speed dial should this ever happen again.

Hired to deal with a termite issue, they drilled holes around the foundation and inside the house and pumped chemicals into the ground to kill the termites. This did not solve the problem at all and we head to hire another company to rectify the problem. Now we have no more issues, but no thanks to Bug Johnson.

Shawn arrived at the scheduled time. He was pleasant,honest and professional.i thought I had a possum in my attic. He checked for any entry points outside, then went up in the attic and said he say no signs of any animail. He explained what the would normally find if an animal was present. I would use them again,even if I hope I won't need them.Lol
