Extremely professional and accurate

I have nothing but praise for Bug Johnsons Pest Services. I live out of state and needed an exterminator for my parents home in Brooklyn. After calling Bug Johnson's and speaking with Shaun, I was so impressed. He went over and did inspection and was so patient and professional when dealing with my elderly father. I came to NY because of the bed bug problem in my parents home and Shuan and Kevin were wonderful... They handled the problem in a timely manner and were so patient when I called many times before the procedure.. Shaun never rushed me and took the time to explain the situation and procedures to take during my numerous calls.

They were thorough, on time, and very professional.

Mr. Powell did a thorough inspection. He was very nice and supportive of my needs.

Although there wasn't any problem (bugs) noticed at the time of assessment...The worker left bait and gave valuable info to help ease my concerns...If and when any little buggers are noticed on the baits i'll call bug johnson back to retrieve it/them and identify the species...The guy who came was very polite with positive enegy which helped to reduce my anxiety...will call again if need be....

I took this firm by their word that they would do everything they claimed they would. I was unable to be present at the premises to view their work. However, my aunt who does live there was very impressed. She said they were wonderful. I am extremely pleased that everything they said they would take care of, they did. I recommend them highly.

Shawn was very informative, punctual, and not in a rush; which is important. The service was top notch, he came in for an inspection, explained everything in detail and we made an appt. The work he did was very thorough and with immediate results. It has been about a month now, Shawn has called to follow up with me consistently; both right after the service was completed and now a month later he still calls to check up and is obviously wanting to keep me as a customer. Very professional, a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Definitely recommended and definitely will be used if I have further problems.

The exterminator was very professional and worked quickly. He explained the elimination process thoroughly. We began seeing results the very same day. Overall, I feel like the situation is well under control.

Shaun sat down and explained what needed to be done in a way we were able to understand removing the rats from my home. Shaun made the ladies in the house relax about this crazy time we had in our home. Thank you Bug Johnson but most of all thank you Shaun.

Bug Johnsons Pest Services are fantastic, they came in and did an extraordinary job. The apartment was infested with bugs and know its not. I will continue using their services. They are very professional and I recommend them to anyone that needs a professional exterminator.

BEFORE BUG JOHNSON..OUR APARTMENT HAD SO MANY ROACHES...COMING FROM EVERYWHERE..THEN WE WENT ONLINE AND SAW AN AD FOR BUG JOHNSONS AND DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY..WELL LET ME TELL YOU..KNOCK ON WOOD..WE HAVE NOT SEEN A ROACH SINCE THEN..OUR APARTMENT EVEN HAVE A DIFFERENT SMELL TO IT..HE WAS GREAT..I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS WORK TO EVERYONE..HE DID A REALLY GREAT JOB..THANKS BUG JOHNSON..
