the first extermination for roach was worse than before. they had to come back a few days later and retreat all the areas. they were very expensive. maybe 2X what a service visit should cost.

Much better service to what I had before - Terminix. All it took was one visit and roaches were gone. Terminix visited on a monthly basis and I didn't see a decrease in bugs. I think they were feeding them and not killing them.

This company took the time to research the bugs that were on the premise, and delivered a copy of a description of the bug. The company treated the problem accordingly. As of this day 2 weeks later, we have not seen another bug.
