Last month, I hired Bug Johnsonâ s Pest services to alleviate some squirrels problems that I had. Shawn called as soon as I put my request. He came in the following day, and I havenâ t had any more issues with those annoying squirrels. He reassured me that the problem was fixed and truth be told, he was right. He called a couple days later to ensure that I was satisfied, and I appreciated his professionalism. If anyone ever had any problems with squirrels or raccoons, donâ t hesitate to reach out to his company, and you will be satisfiedâ ¦

There were squirrels in my attic. I researched several companies and none of them were able to help me with this issue. Shawn is an expert when it comes to pest control. He used the right equipment and now the pesty squirrels are gone. Very responsive company. Highly recommend them.

Good work

They arrived right on time and removed the nest that was located under my solar panels. It turned out that it was a bird nest (they found an egg) and not a squirrel nest. It did not require anything to be trapped or moved away from the premises, clearly less work, yet they still charged me over $700 for 45 minutes of work! It took me longer to clean the mess that they left behind. They did not even cover or move my deck furniture, nor tell me what to expect so I could do it. I asked them to take pictures so I could show the solar panel company and his response was that his partner cannot take pictures, He cannot even send a text. The equipment they used was a broom handle and a leaf blower. They even had to borrow my extension chord since they forgot theirs. When I asked if they were going to do anything to ensure that the birds did not return (Spray something with a foul odor or something to make it a less than desirable location) to merely replied, They will not come back. This did not seem reasonable to me so I asked a few different ways and the response was the same, They will not come back. Not very reassuring. I would not hire them again. Although the nest was removed the price for the service was astronomical considering the amount of time involved and the equipment necessary to complete the job.

Company was not very knowledgeable and unwilling to explore other areas that might have been affected. They spend less than 20min and charged a huge sum of money.

They were experts- I wish I would have hired them first as the 1st company I hired to do the job did not know what they were doing!

Shaun called me back and informed me that I had a one year warranty included with the cost of service. He was very professional with his communication with me.

They placed some traps for the animal, no follow up yet, and nothing was caught. Disappointed!

I received a call shortly after my search. A Bug Johnson rep showed up about 30 min after they called but whatever was in the attic was already gone. They placed a hand made contraption in the point of entry and so far no animal noises in the attic. It was my understanding that the point of entry would be closed to prevent reentry but this was clearly my misunderstanding because the entry hole and contraption remains. As a result of my reactionary impatience and 700 dollars later the problem was solved but the cause of the issue remains. I do not feel the work performed was effectively explained prior resulting in my misunderstanding and when I questioned the job the rep raised his voice unprofessionaly.

I had a racoon emergency after calling several companies and receiving horrible unprofessional support I found Bug Johnson's LLC. I called at 1 am on a Saturday and by 7:30 am he was at my home.. He returned my call in a timely manner with a proper solution to my problem. Compared to the other companies quotes Bug Johnson's LLC pricing is fair and affordable for the type of service. Everything was professional from start to finish with a follow up call the next day. I'm so happy to recommend his services to anyone in need. As women we always think we will get taken advantage with these types of services but I felt safe and secure from the 1st phone call. High recommend.
