Surprisngly Never knew termites and or ants could eat holes in the liner of an above ground pool. Found this out and called Bug Johnson immediately and spoke to Shawn the owner..... Shawn was a true professional showed up on time explained the proceedure fully prior to the application. He was very thorough and assured me that the termite and ant problem would be solved. Would reccomend his services to others for pools or homes.

I had termite treatment done around my home and inside my basement. They came to assess the termite damage I did have and recommended the treatment that would work. The day of the treatment, the Bug Johnson pros came early and finished the work in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns I had the pro was able to answer them to my satisfaction. I found bug Johnson's services through home advisor. We set a day and time to meet and they came exactly as agreed. They took their time to evaluate and explain what needed to be done.. Their estimate for the work was slightly lower then the average quoted prices. The work began within 24 hours. Their staff was polite, punctual, and hard working. I was very pleased.

He does not use chemicals, knowledgeable, he knew what he was doing. Came on time. Came prepared for rodents and small animals, a squirrel was trapped. To be environmentally friendly the squirrel was released unharmed in another neighborhood. He did a good job.
