Shawn is very passionate and knowledgeable about termite treatments and I'm glad I hired him. Pricing was competitive . He recommended the drilling system with phantom insecticide which he clearly favors over the station monitoring. The job took about 4 hours. He drilled the entire perimeter of the home and about a dozen holes on the inside floors and the perimeter of the swimming pool as well. So far so good, no termites have been spotted Thanks again Shawn.

Termites inspection and treatment. Shawn and his co-worker were at the house on time for the appointment. Shawn inspected the premises and immediately him and his co-worker got to work. After they were finished, Shawn sat down with me and explained in details how and where the termites treatment was done. Shawn is a very friendly and knowledgeable person, a pleasure to chat with. I would definitely recommend his services.

I scheduled a service call late yesterday afternoon, Shaun called me right back and arranged his work schedule to arrive before I left for work this morning. Shaun determined I had flying ants not termites and did the treatment right on the spot. Very professional and fairly priced.

Shaun was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. We figured out we had termites on Friday, made an appointment for an estimate for Saturday, and he was here treating my house on Sunday. All in all a less stressful experience then we anticipated. He answered all of our questions, really knew what he was doing and made us feel confident with our choice.

When I found evidence of termites in my basement I was afraid I couldn't get anyone to come out on a weekend and that it would be ridiculously expensive. But Shaun come out first thing Sunday morning, quickly found the problem, patiently explained to me the extent of the infestation as well as the source. He called his partner and the two of them immediately treated my basement for a reasonable price. Great work and customer service at a fair price. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

I was so pleased with Shaun. He was extremely courteous on the initial phone contact. He quoted a price I was comfortable with. He took the time and patiently answered all my questions and concerns as to how he was going to treat the wasps that were invading my home. I would hire him again in a heart beat if and when the need arises. As I am learning, it is hard to find competent professionals who will do the right thing.
