I had a very serious roach infestation in an apartment after the tenant left. I couldn't be in there without seeing movement everywhere. With one visit, he knocked the infestation down 99%. TOTALLY AMAZING!

Shaun lived up to all the reviews that I read about him and his service. He analyzed the problem and explained what had to be done. He applied the Phantom Termite insecticide around the outside of the house as well as in the basement floor. He advised me to have a contractor replace damaged wood beams in the basement as well as caulk the outside of the garage. And add extensions to the downspouts to keep water as far as possible from the house. He and Charles were very easy to work with. They answer questions, and arrive when scheduled. Also as neat as they can with cleanup. Shaun is also willing if necessary to meet with the contractor if needed. He is a true professional.
