Amount is not what is not expected. Arrived 1st day and then asked more money on the 2nd day way far from the quoted amount.

Shawn was great, he evaluated the situation. We had an infestation of flying ants, which we knew. However , we still dont know where they are coming from and after he sprayed, we still have the same problem the day after he left. Still flying ants landing on our bed!!!

I needed a termite inspection for a re-mortgage. the inspector came and did a thorough job looking everywhere for signs of infestation. Nothing was found but he was kind enough to give some advise on extending my gutter drains further away from my home as a prevention for the future. The cost was 1/2 or better than others I contacted.

I was a little nervous because they had the highest price of those I was researching; however, what made me decide to go with them was Shaun's confidence in the quality of work he does. The other places were like "well roaches come back naturally, but sure we can follow up with you." and Shaun said "I'll give you a warranty but you won't need to use it". Wonderfully kind man as well. Very knowledgeable and I haven't seen the effectiveness of his work yet, because he came today, but I feel like yesterday was the last day of my roach problem. I'd recommend for sure. This isn't a problem you want to be cheap with; it's a problem you want to be sure gets done right. Oh and he was flexible with my time restraints and called to say he could even come earlier! I assumed this was his company because of his work ethic.

Mr. Johnson was very eager and available and started to work at 7 a.m. which was convenient with us.
