We hired Bug Johnson s services to trap & remove raccoons from our Brooklyn yard. They successfully trapped 6 raccoons in a week including 3 in one night. I highly recommend their services.

The contractor took full payment before services rendered and was not clear with contract terms. He was adamant that payment in full was required after setting the raccoon traps. Who charges the full amount before services are rendered? He was a nasty individual, who left a mess after storming off our property with traps in hand. By the way, there are no terms stated, explaining that the homeowner should not be handling the traps or anything about what type of animal is trapped, in his contract. So please be careful, I am now seeking a full refund.
