On the 1st visit I was charged $163.00. They looked on the roof and crawl space. They failed to see the plastic insulation around the air vent was chewed by squirrels. They said I may have roof rats. They also failed to see and smell the droppings. When they came back they left traps for rats and squirrels. Returned a month later to pick up only the 1 squirrel trap. Left the other traps in attic Which costs a whopping $470.O0. I finally had someone who took a picture ( before & after ) to show me where they were entering. Which I originally ask Bug Johnsons to do. I wanted to know where these squirrels were entering. I and my neighbors do NOT recommend anybody using these guys.

Looking for a good Pest Exterminator? Shaun Powell. Had squirrels running back and forth in my ceiling for the last 3 weeks. Was driving me nuts. Called my usual guy. He came. He took a look. And said â I see the hole. itâ s really high on the house. I'll call you back with a price." Never heard back from him again. Too high?? OKâ ¦. Let me try another who was recommended by a friend. He came by. Took a look. Evaluated the situation. Then told me â Well, the position of where the hole is will require extra equipment and material.â And he went on to tell me he is going to need scaffolding, he is going to have to remove the gutter. Possible remove some siding to set up the trap for the squirrels then he is going to have to come back. Do the repairs. Patch the hole Replace the wood fascia. It will cost between $2,000 - $2,300. Really?? To remove a couple of squirrels. $2,000. OK. Thank you. Iâ ll call you back. He then told me for $200 he get do a better evaluation. Got it. Iâ ll call you in a couple of days. Have good day Called Shaun Powell. He asked me needed questions over the phone. Told him the situation. Told him where the hole was and the location. He said â No problem.â We set up an appointment. He came this morning with a partner. He came equipped and ready to work. They took a look at where the whole was. Evaluated. Then turned around and said â No problem. $350, Iâ ll get it done now and give you One Year written guarantee.â So I looked at him and said $350 huh. Hmmmmmâ ¦. My guess is heâ s been in this situation before because he said â Come on, you call anybody else and theyâ ll ask you for at least $1,500.â LOL!! He knows what he is doing. Go for it. I just like the fact that he came and was ready to tackle the job. I was great! Built some kind of contraption with wire mesh where the squirrels could get out but canâ t get back in. He explained every step of the way. Ready to answer any question without sarcasm. Itâ s worked great so far. I would definitely recommend him.

The scheduled appointment with the aforementioned contractor, was for 1PM. An initial call was made to my cellphone an hour before arrival, but registered as a scam call, with no message left in voicemail. Contractor called again at the scheduled appointment time of 1PM, and stated he would be late, due to a job he was in the process of completing. He arrived at 2:30PM, at which point the agreed upon price for squirrel removal was $490, which included sales tax. As he and his partner engaged in identifying and sealing squirrel entry holes (totalling an hour and a half service time), the contractor informed me that the original pricing had increased by an additional $200. The final cost was $707.68, including tax. Based upon the estimated cost of such a service in my area, it is considered quite high a price. The additional, unanticipated expense, serves as a major factor in my unwillingness to recommend this contractor.

I would definitely hire again. 1 year warranty given on the job. Quick and easy. Dealt with my squirrel problem in the roof. 5 big boys got evicted by Mr. Johnson. Thank you!

I hired bug Johnson for a raccoon infestation and not only were their prices reasonable but it worked instantly!!! Like literally the next day they were gone also I got a one year warranty how could you beat that?
