They came for a service call because my water pipes, toilets and sink were backing up. They showed up and said that it was probably the line running out of my house. They couldnt do anything and proposed two options - option 1: they come back and snake the line for 395. option 2: they come back and use the camera and snake to assess the situation - approx cost 395. They told me that 95% of the time snaking would do the job. So i said ok come back and snake it since i would just pay for the snaking service call and not the first assessment of 135. After i chose option 1 they told me they would need to climb into my crawl space and that the machine is too heavy and they would need another guy and it would cost another 225 plus. I dont know why i fell for this bait and switch but i did. They showed up monday and they began to snake, the first small snaking machine which i could easily lift alone didnt work. So then they brought in a bigger snaking machine, which i could also lift on my own but apparently they needed two people - one to do the job and the other to watch. At the end they pulled some freshener sheets out that my daughter dropped in the toilet. BUt they said the snaking didnt fix the job. So now my only option is to send the camera but that would now be an additional 695. WOW. originally they said 395. At that point i expressed my dissappointment and told them no thank you. I paid them and probably wont ever call them again. Too bad i could have been their customer for life. But instead they banged me out once.

I found them from a friend who recommended them. I think they do quality work and it's really important that when you call somebody, they answer. They show up when they say they're going to show up. They show up and do the work and they're neat. I think they're on line with what everyone else charges.

Popular, I have noted, has good marks on Angie's List and I read about them. They do not try and rip you off. They have done numerous things for me and I have been using them for a while. I certainly would recommend using them. They have met all my plumbing needs quite nicely.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY HAD HIGH INTEGRITY. THEY WERE REALLY RESPONSIVE AND VERY HONEST. I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB, BECAUSE WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
