He's extremely reliable, and very good. When he says he's coming on a certain day he is there. He has never raised the prices and he leaves the bill in the mailbox once a month. It's a very no hassle service. There was one time that we had an issue with our dryer spilling debri and he was back to us within an hour.

Another company I called refused to come saying I live far fro them to come. They were only 20 minutes away. I called Navarro, and he was here in a couple of days. He is easily half an hour to 45 minutes away from me. He did a pretty good job. I have a very small thing out front, so it only had to be $15. To reseed and clean up, it was $65. He was very thorough. He explained to me what he was going to do. He told what I needed done with the yard. He knew I had patches of grass and there were things that were not good. He came back exactly when he said he was going to. He said he would come back the following weekend, mulch, and reseed the yard. It is exactly what he did. It worked very well. It worked beautifully. I got exactly what he said for exactly the price he said. I said to him that if he comes once a week and just do a quickie on the lawn with a small garden in the front it will wake up. He assured that he can do that. He asked me if I had a day preference. I told him I didn't and that whatever works well for him is okay. A couple of other people further down the block all use him on the same day. He does what he says he is going to do. He never really bothers you. He sends you the bill in the mail. You mail out too. I was very impressed with him.
