King David Carpet Cleaning

They over charged. You couldn't get anybody. They came, they took it out, and they charged us $650 to clean a 9 x 12 oriental carpet, which is a lot of money. The carpet itself was cleaned; however, since furniture was standing on it, the stain from the furniture ran onto the carpeting and it's light peach colored, so we have those stains still there. That should have been told to us right in the beginning that certain things will not come out. We would have not put in the money. That was the only reason we did it because the carpeting was expensive to begin with. But to us, it was a lot of money. It was a Chinese rug. But if we knew, it was going to turn out with furniture stains all over it, we would have not put the money into it. They sent a local person, I guess they were overwhelmed with requests, too, so they sent somebody out, but they were pleasant enough. I can't give them anything decent on this. They were overpriced, and they didn't provide us with the information needed to let us know what would be left over in terms of the stains on the rug. The responsiveness was there. I just think that they were overpriced and the job wasn't done to what we considered worth putting that money into.
