The whole team was outstanding. My husband and I were first-time home buyers. We were handled with such gentle yet still professional care throughout the whole journey of purchasing our home. Joanna, Juan, Rosemary and Jason are an amazing team to have in your corner when making such an important step as purchasing a home. This team of professionals will not let you go into a deal that is not in the best standards. Their integrity and devotion to their clients are very impressive. After going through other agents and getting mixed information and poor service, I landed at the office of House Hub Realty and I will forever be grateful. Ms. Fernandez was very understanding of our needs explains the mortgage process which was complicated cause it was the first time I took out a mortgage and got a nice house for me and my family. Finding a good real estate agent is just as important as finding your dream home. My husband and I were hesitant on moving on our next step in upgrading to a bigger home as our family outgrew our first home. Several friends had already gone through this process and they definitely had gone through a nightmare. We were very nervous and anxious to the point that we have almost given up on this next chapter of our lives. We were referred to Mrs Fernandez by a close friend and all I have to say is that thanks to her great work, patience and guidance, we are now living and enjoying our second home just as we imagined it. She walked us through the selling of our first home and buying of our new home and made it very smooth and easy for us. She made it in such a perfect timing that we moved straight from our old home to our new home. She even assisted us with the moving and set up of our new home.
