The technician was assigned to perform a lint cleaning for my Frigidaire clothes dryer. He finished the lint cleaning but did a very sloppy job in reassembling the dryer trim panels. The trim panels were misaligned and there were gaps between the panel and the dryer cabinet. When we pointed this out to him, he didn't do anything and brushed it aside saying that the gaps were caused by a misaligned track. We also told him that the dryer was making a squeaking sound that it didn't before the "service". He said that it was the "gyro" and again did nothing to diagnose or fix the problem. He ran the dryer for 5 minutes to confirm that the heat came on and then left. He seemed in a hurry to get to his next job. Later we found that he did not reconnect the dryer exhaust vent to the dryer duct. The hot and humid exhaust remained inside the house rather than be vented outside. After the "service" disaster, we looked on Google and saw 6 out of 7 negative reviews for B&H. The one positive review seemed like a ringer posted by the company. B&H was selected by Electrolux customer support to perform the lint cleaning. I would never have considered them nor should anyone else.
