Description of Work: Put in a blacktop driveway, Unilock Apron in Front of Garage, Driveway Drain in front of garage with underground drain pipe to the back yard, Filled in part of my front yard to make it even with the road. Extra requests which were an afterthought - Belgium Block border around flower bed, level out part of yard, add provisions for an electrical line under the driveway.

Description of Work: 1. Replaced cement block retaining wall: neatly removed old wall & debris. New wall of pavers is bi-level and has improved drainage, planting area and sitting area. 2. Mismatched patio: Removed and saved old paving stones, defined & leveled area and used pavers. 3. RR tie stairs: neatly removed old stairs and debris. New stairs are large pavers which are one paver per step (about 24 steps). Also about 6 new steps of a more natural stone in a new location, improved drainage in this area. 4. Also masonry repairs: slate stairs & stucco foundation.

Description of Work: We are very happy with Wagner and his team. We suffered from constant flooding in our garage & basement due to our driveway. We had very large amounts of rain that would run down our driveway & clog drain. We also had extensive water damage on the sides of the driveway & retaining wall. After meeting with many contractors, Wagner was the only one who focused on our drainage issues. His crew worked on our drainage issues first: removed & replaced underground water pipes with larger pipes added a second drain half way down our driveway replaced our existing drain with a longer, wider one rebuild retaining wall and added drainage pipes in wall All drainage work was completed 2 days before Hurricane Irene. We were amazing and thankful for his concern especially since we always had flooding if it rained an inch or more. Wagner and his crew worked in the rain and saved us from a disastrous flood. Driveway work was excellent as well. new blacktop added 2 additional parking spaces pitched new space so 1/2 amount of water would flow to new secondary drain
