Rip off artist. They charge whatever they think that they can get away with. Charged 5 times the cost of a 1 HP pump They charged 5 times for the related wire. How are these people still in business. The other reviews must be friends and relatives Donâ t believe them.

Our pump died on a Friday evening and the next day two guys from Kappus came and got under way. By the next day we had our water again.

Kappas returned my Saturday call quickly, hours before the 6 other guys I called. They gave an accurate estimate, stuck with it when they did the work the very next day. They replaced pump, holding tank, and water softener, and left the place clean. Hope I won't need plumbing work any time soon, but if I do, I'll call them back. Thanks for a great job.
