The company The Pump Man Kappus Pumps & Plumbing was excellent. They came to the house on time and was fair in price and was able to repair the sump pump. Would recommend to family and friends.

They came out after hours to see what the issue was and came back next morning to fix it.

Will also keep their name and use them at my house!

Great response time on their call back. My well was fried during a thunderstorm. A tech came out and diagnosed the problem, returned the following morning and replaced it without any complications. He was helpful and skilled and explained his work to me. I would do business with them again.

PUMP MAN contacted me seconds after I submitted my information to HOME ADVISOR. He came to my home shortly after. My well pump had to be replaced. Today ( which is the next day after the intial contact ) my well pump was replaced. Many thanks to PUMP MAN I am grateful my water has has been restored. So far, so good.

Came the very next day. Replaced our well pump. Returned the following day to make further needed repair. No further problems.

I needed someone right away because i was out of water. Paul was the only one who would come out without a charge from over an hour away to tell me what was wrong. He found the problem within 5 minutes and gave a quote and scheduled to come out the next day for a very reasonable rate. I had to cancel the job due to personal issues but will call him again as soon as i need a permanent fix! Its nice to see people that can still run such a decent company :) thank you so much for all your help

The Pump Man was fantastic. On the first call back I spoke to Jay, we chatted about what my problem could be and offered to come over that day (Sunday), however, we were not home. On Monday Paul arrived and setup a temporary water line, it was bad news, I had a leak between the well and the house. Two days later they came and dug out my well to find the problem right away, I was very lucky, they did not have to dig up the entire waterline! I will definitely without question use them again when my pump stops working (the leak caused undue stress which most likely wore it out).

The Pump man was great. He was $600 less than the competition for the exact same job. I would certainly use and recommend again.

Promptly came to my house for an emergency call @ 8:30 pm. His estimate was pretty close to the final bill. Showed up the next day to complete the repairs. All in all a very professional job.
