Description of Work: I work for a public adjuster and i called this company and set up an appoitment for an elderly client, but they never showed up never called me back to apologize or rescheduled and never called the client to cancel such said appoitment, I am very disatisied with the way this company conducts business, it makes me wonder how do they stay in business.I will never recomend them to any of our clients again, they made us look unprofessional and unreliable.
