He never responded. This is a bad questionnaire -- and Angie's list has so far been a total bust. The Penny Saver is much better.

I pride myself on customer service and the bulk of my work is for repeat customers. I give same day responses to everyone that contacts me. I never received a call, voice mail or e mail from this person and I believe he mis-dialed. I wish he would of tried to contact me again before posting something so negative.
