This is the third time I have used Metos maintenance, and their work has been excellent each time. They showed up on time and finished the work in the estimated time frame. They did an excellent job replacing a kitchen ceiling and installing ceiling fans. Their previous jobs for me included painting the interior of a large apartment and constructing hand rails for exterior steps, and each job was very professionally done. I will definitely use them again!

Ordered the deal for 3 painters for one day. I gave a list of dates in early July, however they let me know they could not do the work for a month, and only had two painters. Wrote back with more dates, and gave my number. They did try to call, but I was out of town for a few days. When I sent another note I was told they could not do this work in July. It appears they are advertising so much with "deals" that they are not able to meet all their commitments. I will look for another painter to do this work this summer, as that is when I am available to have the work done.

Company did not call back. and certainly not in a timely fashion. Still waiting for a return call. Please refund my Discover Credit Card asap for $249.00. Thank you.

He was prompt, let me know real quick that he was out of service area, and if they were able to do it, then they would be backed up til August.

Service provider showed up on time, completed the job in the quoted amount of time and at the quoted price, and did an excellent job. They even worked on the weekend to get the job done on time. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is excellent. I will definitely use them again.

I purchased the deal. they replied promptly. We tried to work out a schedule but could not find an agreeable time.

No problems would just prefer to get a refund as its a rush. Thanks anyway

He contacted me and came out. He cut down weeds and sprayed it and did a good job. Two weeks later I needed him to come out and he never showed up. I feel that he is not dependable. I need someone that I can depend on. If he came back to out offer services I would not use him.

Meto and his brother painted a small 12x12 bedroom, including ceiling and one formerly very darkly painted wall.

The job went ok. I was disappointed with all the thumb tack and sm nail holes that didn't get filled in before painting. Also, it took him 4 hrs, which seemed like an excessive amt of time to paint 1 bdrm, but it's done now.

I wrote this review already, but I guess the system didn't take it, so here it goes again. I got the $99 for one 12 x 13 room paint deal that was offered on Angie's list. Meto contacted me immediately & he gave me a deal to paint my living room, bedroom & kitchen for $458. We arranged to do the work on the weekend hoping that it would all be done in one day. They arrived promptly (1/2 hr early, in fact), & were ready to work. Meto explained that my previous handyman had not sanded down the surfaces to a smooth finish, but he could do that for me. In addition, my soffit was wallpapered & it was beginning to peel. We agreed on an addition $80 for the extra work to be done. Meto said that with the additional work, it would push the project into two days, which was fine with me. Meto actually did a few extra things for me & didn't charge me any extra money, although I did give them more than the agreed upon amount. Meto & his brother were prompt, polite & professional & I will definitely hire them again. They are the third set of painters I have hired in the last 18 months & they were by far the best & the least expensive. I highly recommend them!

He was doing a great job, so I extended the job by painting a hallway. He was quiet and professional. He called an hour before his arrival time and showed up on time. The work was done to my satisfaction and I would hire him again.

Not good. I was not there for final approval and I got SCREWED . Not only did they not paint a room they took the paint for it. It started when Meto told me he was available on a certain date and then he wasn't after purchasing Angie's list deal . Then I paid for 3 guys and He only had 2. All of which I was trying to work with Him on. I told Meto I wanted the whole bathroom painted and I question if he painted half of it. We discussed him touching up the kitchen tiles and I see new paint on only a few and the paint did not even cover a full tile so it looks crummy. I am not trying to muscle him into doing something in addition to what we agreed upon. I just want the work done we agreed to. I was easy going...Maybe too easy going now looking back at it. They finished the job at noon on the 2nd day and they came by my work . So I was unable to review job. This was a life lesson as a new home owner. Initially he was going to replace the paint and come address my concerns but no he doesn't answer my calls or respond to emails. I offered to let him reimburse me $100 and call it even. He acted like it was insult. I figure $35 plus tax for the behr ultra semi gloss ( that they took with them and I now need to re-buy to paint bathroom) and $60 in labor to have someone else paint bathroom and ceiling which I thought was pretty fair offer. Now here I am dealing with this. It seems criminal . You don't do the job to the agreement and you take things that are not yours......... Am I missing something ?

Although the tenant demanded that this work be done, she refused the technician entry into the apartment. The technician arrived on time, and was prepared to work. He was totally professional, and even made every effort to get into the apartment, after her refusal. Even with these mishaps, the technician would not accept a tip, and insisted on returning once I was able to enter the apartment.

I am quite confused and disappointed. Not sure at this vendor or Angie's List. This deal was supposedly offered in my area. I get charged and then find out that this guy does not service my area. Great. Hassle of getting my money back and finding someone else to do the job.

I will use him for further repairs after or before tenants enters.

He said he does not service my area. He is two hours away.

I had a time frame and he finished it before that time.

Very professional has been cutting our grass for 2 years

I will use him for my lawn care summer 2014.

We are using him for this season for lawn care and some painting work.. We used him in the past.

I will have him come back for more work to the rest of my home.

He's services where professional he's always our plow person in the winters seasonal plowing
