Ray recommended a new stove model. I did some research and decided to purchase the stove from Ray and have him dispose of the old stove and instal the new one.

I live in a townhouse community where many residents have wood pellet stoves. When I had one installed, I asked for recommendations for pellet stove cleaners. Everyone recommended Ray Hart. Typical me, I called someone else (off of Angie's List) the first year. Big mistake. The guy did a decent job, but he complained about how hard the work was the whole time. And all he did was stand around while his employee did the work. Pitiful. This year, I called Ray Hart and he did a great job. My wife, who is a clean-freak/perfectionist, raved about how Ray went right to work (no extravagant conversations), he was meticulous and he cleaned up afterward. We have had allot of different contractors at our home and my wife has not been happy with most. She has a good instinct for people. She really liked Ray's professionalism. Ray Hart will be my pellet stove cleaner for life. No need to look elsewhere.
