reliable and I hope this continues as I have to work through the coming snow storm this weekend

I was caught by surprise by the 1st storm of the season (and my former snowplower moved out of state). Through ServiceMagic, I got Kevin Zammiello's name, and he called me even before I called him. One of his men, Todd, came near the end of the storm, and did a fine job. Kevin called me a few days later to follow up. I have now contracted with Zammiello for the season. They may be a little expensive, but they do a good job and I have a long driveway

We never proceeded with the project yet, but Zammiello called me right back and gave me advice and ball park numbers.

He was polite,professional and pleasant. I was pleased with the service and the price. The response time was awesome.

He kept calling me to keep me informed of when he was going to be coming to do the work and came when he said he would with all the materials and labor.
