These guys are very professional and they told me exactly what they were doing for the day. I had the stairs of my deck done one day and my interior stairs done the following week because I had to have exact measurements of the inside stairs done. They were very courteous and gave me tips for questions I asked about maintaining my home.

Responded quickly and came the next day for an estimate. Workman arrived two days later and did impeccable work. Also worked safely. Price seemed fair.

Very small project to repair loose and loosening aluminum wrap covering on fascia. Was contacted right away, had the estimate within a few hours of being contacted and the repairs done only a couple of hours later.

Very poor communication and action regarding various services needed in order to sell a home. Not a lot of oversight due to living out of state and several items were not completed as discussed. Paid for services that were never completed. I made this discovery the last time I traveled to the house before the sale of a home. Very pricy.

The job was to remove metal railings and replace them with weather treated wood railings on my front porch and primary entrance. The administrative person Satira was wonderful to deal with. The owner Alan provided me with a affordable estimate. The two workmen who arrived this morning to do the work were on time and a pleasure to deal with. The workmanship was outstanding and I would highly recommend them as well as I will use Westside Building in the future. I would rate them as a 5 out of 5 without exception.

Very Professional Workers

The owner Alan, responded very quickly and came over to look at the job very shortly thereafter. I received the estimate within 12 hours. One of his employees, Howard, showed up 2 days right on time and did a very neat, professional job. I'm very pleased. I knocked off half a star only because I felt they are a little on the pricey side. That said, I'd definitely recommend them for work that you want done well with precision and to look really good. If you want something that just needs to be 'good enough' you may want to look elsewhere. All in all a solid A. Definitely would hire again.

We had a leaky skylight repaired. We didn t know if the repair was done right until some hard rain this week. So far the results are very good 100%. The owner assured us that if there are any problems, they will fix it. I believe that.

They came a week after being fully paid. They were only suppose to take half when I agreed to work with them. If you take all the money the work should have been done right away!

We had a great experience with Westside Building and Restoration, Inc. Initially, we called Westside to look at our front and back porch roofs. Alan advised that the front porch only need very little minor repair, to correct the drainage. And the back roof would need considerable more. I was afraid to hear what that would cost. I was able to do my own research prior to committing and Alan's cost to repair the back porch roof was right on par and a little better. The team arrived on time from the onset, finished the job without delay and went over all of the repairs. With that being said, I asked Alan to do a few more minor repairs such as installing a window and repair the hinges, wood work on the carport doors. Buckey took the extra step to put vinyl on the top portion of the doors to prevent future wood rot. Buckey and Chris was so kind, wonderful to talk too and so professional. My neighbors stopped by to see the final jobs and was so impressed, now Alan has new customers. The Westside office team always responded to my text or emails if we had questions. The Westside team worked around our schedule. in the end, we are so happy Alan and his team made this process run smoothly. The final projects turned out great!!!

Definitely a pleasure to work with all of them; Candi went out of her way to help, which was especially appreciated. Will use them again in the spring without hesitation. Thank you!

Westside Building and Restoration, Inc. completed four home improvement projects on my home this summer: new porch, gutters, hardwood floors, and most recently, replacing bannister and spindles. My confidence in their workmanship is bottomless. Every project was completed in a timely manner and the outcome was nothing short of stellar. My sincerest thanks to everyone at Westside, youâ re officially my go-to contractor.

I had some dangerous conditions with my porch and and an upper deck caused by a storm. Allen and Bucky and Candi came to my rescue with excellent work, great communication and a great price. I will likely hire Westside again and highly recommend them to others!!!

I used the services of Westside Building and Restoration, Inc. a month ago for gutters and rebuilding my front porch. I was so happy with their work, a month later I had them install hardwood floors. Candi met me at the wholesalers on a Saturday to view floor samples, discuss price points, etc. I appreciate that the foreman, Bucky, came to my home very early in the morning before I left for work so we could discuss any questions or concerns I had. It is very much appreciated that Bucky is a good listener and is also very good at explaining the process. And although I did not meet the rest of the crew, I want to thank them for everything they did. Next up, installing a bannister and spindles. You won't go wrong with this company. The owner is knowledgeable about the work. His Admin Assistant is responsive like greased lightning. The crew was skilled, careful, and professional! The finished product superb.
