They were very efficient. Contacted them Friday. They gave me an estimate Saturday. Signed the contract on Monday. And the job was completed Wednesday.

They did the work well, were very pleasant. I was able to get the work scheduled quickly and it was completed in less than a week.

The men who came out to do the work, Bucky and Mike, (I didn't get the name of the two workers who came for the first part of the job but the same goes for them) were very pleasant and always showed up at the time they said they would. If they couldn't come because of the severe winter weather we were having, they or the office let us know. They were very skilled in many areas of carpentry and general repair and always reviewed everything they were going to do and when before they started an aspect of the job. Westside Home Improvemens has a good system of a hands-on foreman on the job working with another worker or two. Candi in the office kept in touch with us and we always knew what was going on and when the payments were due, as specified in the contract. I have actually never had such competent, on time and pleasant people doing work for us as Bucky and Mike.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about what I wanted done. They also did some carpentry in my kitchen that I have been wanting to do for awhile. I was happy I was able to complete everything I wanted done with one person coming to my house. Going to call them back in much warmer weather to do my back deck.

Great customer service, the quality of the work was perfect, the workers were professional, on time and very polite. I have called them back for a second time to replace roof tiles. Their estimate was better than any other. I would definately recommend.
