I received an estimate, I was given a date for the work to be done. A week before the job was to be done I was called for half the money up front , I said that I would like to put it on my credit card. I was told that he wasn’t sure if they were set up for credit cards but he would call me back. I never received a call back and they never showed up on the date they gave me for the job to be done.

Frank quoted us at a reasonable rate. We had chimney issues on a newly bought house and carbon monoxide throughout the house. We asked for insurance and noticed it would expire in 3 days. We called the insurance company to verify coverage. Frank pushed back the work a day after already waiting a week for the work to begin. He then texted us the next day (the evening before work was to be performed) and cancelled. He stated he did not feel comfortable performing the work and left our down payment check in our mailbox. He mentioned that we were suspicious by calling his insurance company. He then would not answer phone calls. I called the insurance company again and they were unsure of why he would act that way. As a homeowner, you are supposed to verify insurance coverage. Especially when work involves going on someone’s roof. We were left with our issue still and a week lost.

This guy was reconmmended. I called his cell and he said he will be happy to come over to inspect. He told me he will have his secretary to schedule an appointment. I eventually called because I heard nothing from them. He came over and told me “of course there is no $75 charge today because you are going to order from us”. Nowhere did it say there was a fee for him to come out, even on the paper I filled out. This company did not sit well with me. Also his website was a dummy page that had nothing to do with his

I went great. I received estimates from 4 different companies. Tri County's estimate was at least $1600 lower than everyone elses for exactly the same work. The owner Frank and two of his guys came on the saturday of a holiday weekend and performed the entire job in 7.5 hours. They removed and rebuilt my furnace chimney from the roof-line, up and also installed a stainless liner to the basement. The chimney looks fantastic! I'm completely satisfied with the work, the price and the guys were courteous professioanl and very tidy.
