+ -1 moreI just bought the house, and there were several jobs that I needed estimates on, including replacing a bathtub drain and toilet, washer and dryer hookups, and a new garbage disposal. I know someone who uses this company, and I mean USES, and they are always responsive, so I didn't think I needed to even call other places. The person who came for the estimate was over 2 hrs late, no call, just called when they were "on their way" so I had to hurry back over to the house since I had left after waiting an hour and trying to call, no answer. He was nice at least, but no mention of being over 2 hrs late or any sort of apology for wasting half my day. It has now been over 2 weeks, and I still have not received so much as a phone call back with the estimate, never mind a written estimate, which is what I requested. Never picks up phone, never returns calls. Don't waste your time!
