Our insurance agent brought them in. They were excellent. They came in right away. They came the day of, which was pretty remarkable considering it was New Year's Day. We were really happy that they came right away. They did the drying of the walls and removal of wet surfaces. They did leave a lot of machinery behind because they needed to leave blowers and dehumidifiers to dry the area. They said it was going to be done in 3 days and they were actually done in 2 1/2. The only concern we had, and we think it was unavoidable, was that they had to leave those machines plugged in and we had to pay the cost of running the equipment. It was unavoidable and we were able to work with our insurance company to pay for some of that. We were very pleased because we were in a frantic state because we were afraid it would be days before we would receive any help. Our insurance agent called right away, like at 2 am on New Year's Day. A plumber was here at 8 or 9 am and Servpro was here at 2 or 3 in the afternoon. We thought that was a pretty good turnaround given that it was a holiday. The insurance paid for the service. There was one site leader and two workers that came in. We appreciated when they moved items out of the room, they were careful not to damage any of the other floors or surfaces. They laid down tarps and immediately stacked all our belongings so they wouldn't mess up the floors in the other rooms. They didn't leave us with a big mess that we had to clean up.
