Returned phone call promptly arrived soon after. Great job! Preformed quickly with no hassles or hidden charges. Jason came out with icy roads and snow falling. Crawled under a deck, found the tank, drained it and vacuumed out the clog. I recommend them as your first call and will use Pro Septic again.

Jason the owner arrived on time and pumped the tank out. He informed me that I had a 750 gallon tank, not a 1000 gallon tank as I had been previously informed. We discussed when the tank would need service again, based on the number of people in the house, for maximum efficiency. He neatly recovered the hole, and even applied grass seed. From my first phone call to work that was done to the final payment, I was satisfied and impressed. I left a message after-hours, and it was returned the same day by the owner, Jason, who was very knowledgeable and really nice to talk with. The workers showed up on time, polite, clean (they work in septic!), and professional. They communicated with me as they worked, fixed the problem, and then cleaned up after themselves very well (even spreading grass seed over the area that had been dug up). I will definitely call them again when we need septic service.

The came twice, the first visit was spent trying to find a septic opening since this was a new home for me didnt know much about the property but once nothing could be found I went to municipal to see if this was a sewer yes it was,so they came back and handled the situation, to long for the snake so they used the jetter. They were professional and polite. would definitely use them again.

Jason and his team were great - they arrived on time and got right to work. The job was not easy - the house had been vacant for a few years and so it took some extra time to locate the tank. After walking the grounds, they honed in on the location of the tank and quickly uncovered it and completed the inspection. They were very friendly and took the time to explain the results of the inspection / the condition of the septic.

It went perfectly. They were completely professional. The equipment was clean. Their uniforms were immaculate. I have never met a more professional septic company in my life. There was no odor and no mess. They did their work quickly and efficiently. I am very positively impressed. I definitely recommend them to everyone. If I could give an A+ rating, I would.

Proseptic did an excellent job. The two men who ran the job, Mike and Tom, were on time, professional, responsive to all my questions and operated at a high level of proficiency. During the excavation they unfortunately discovered solid Limestone rock at about three feet in. As a result they had to hire a large jack hammer to break up at least two feet of sold rock. They were able to get the jack hammer (which was a large machine brought in by a flat bed not just a hand held jack) to the site within two hours and complete the job the same day. The price of the job I supplied above includes the cost of renting the jack hammer. this was a $2500 expense. If not for the unforeseen Rock, it would have cost $3,600. All and all it was a reasonable price for a job well done.

On, time at promised price and worked quickly. Note: They did not have to dig to find our tank so this must be factored into the over all cost. Good job without any obvious problems. So far so good. I Don't expect any problems but everyone's system's age, condition and land must be taken into consideration.

Two incredibly professional, personable guys showed up on time for the septic service in a house we had just purchased. They had a difficult time just finding the tank. It took so long they had to leave to install another tank, but returned at 5:30pm to complete the job. They pumped, and pressure washed the tank, and installed a new valve. They even reseeded the ground that they had had to dig up to find the tank. They were very honest and knew what they were doing. When the system needs work in the future, I will definitely call ProSeptic!

They were great. Determined that the leech fields were okay, that the previous company was only pumping one tank instead of two, and recommended repair of a pipe that was likely cracked and that could give us future problems. They spent almost the whole day here, were very clear on what needed to be done, and came back after lunch to do the bigger job. Nothing but good to say about them.

Called to pump out septic. Was advised needed to blow out leach field. Not knowing much about septic systems I had it done. They were professional and responsive. Was told they would call back in 6 months to see how things were going. I have no reason to doubt they will.

These guys are great - come out on a holiday weekend to help me with a full septic tank, pumped the tank and diagnosed the problem - a burnt out pump. Recommended a new pump, gave me a great price to install, and did the install a few days later. A year later it's going strong. Recomended

He was very good, but a little bit expensive than the others. He has the biggest crew members and they do everything in one day. The coming took a week and a half. The price was the highest, but the most definitive.

Proseptic gave me all the details of what they would do and the associated costs over the phone. They were available to do the work that same week and a day and time were set. They arrived on time and accomplished the work in about 45-60 minutes. There were no problems with their work, they were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Jason and one other employee called before they came and worked in the rain to get to the tank and pump it. Able to correctly inform us of the location and tank size as we were misinformed when we purchased the house as to both. They were beyond knowledgeable and extremely responsive both when I called to request the service and with a timely appointment.

We used them to check out and lend an opinion on the septic system of the house we're buying. We were scheduled for 9:30AM. At 9:50AM they weren't there so I called and left a voicemail. A little after 10 I got a call back saying they were running late and would be there around 10:45. They showed up around 11 and got to work right away. The two men were very friendly and apologetic for being late. They were very knowledgeable about the septic system and answered all of our questions. We were satisfied with their inspection and know more now than we did before. They knocked off $100 for being late, which was a nice offer and appreciated. The price on the invoice was $80 higher than quoted on the phone, so the guy called the owner and within a couple of minutes it was corrected without me having to get on the phone. We would consider using them again once we buy the home. They also did a nice job cleaning up and reseeding where they dug.

Guys are top notch. Walked me through hole process of what they were doing. They actually wanted me there to watch. Nice to hire someone who you feel isn't ripping you off. Thanks guys!!!

Jason responds to phone messages promptly, arrived right on time, and was done in less than a half hour. Friendly, polite, informative, professional. Very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

It went well they came did the job, no problem.

Jason and one assistant came out in the rain on the scheduled day to clean out our septic tank which had never been cleaned out. They discovered a clog and quickly resolved it. They raked and reseeded the area. Jason answered some questions I had about proper maintenance and functioning of system. Friendly, professional crew who return calls!
