The work was never performed. After calling both numbers mulitple times no one every showed. I had multiple people coming in and out of the house and no one ever saw a septic truck. I left multiple voicemails and never received a call back. When I called to find out what happened, Jason said the house was on a hill and it looked like no one was there. When I informed him that I was there and from 8am - 3:30am and asked if he knocked on the door he hung up on me.

Went well until they told me they were going to have to charge me more that the agreed upon price because water was flowing into the tank from my leach field. The original quote was $269 and I was charged for an additional 500 gallons, I paid $450. They said they could tell how much was pumped out by a meter on the truck. It is hard to believe that an additional 500 gallons came out of my leach field. When they left they didn't even put the dirt back in place and didn't seed the area. I had the area already dug up by the time they arrived, at least they could have put the dirt back.

Found tank, dug it up, pumped, recovered and seeded with grass seed, all in about 40 minutes.

They arrived as scheduled, found the septic tank removed both covers and pumped out both sides of the tank. Than replaced covers filled back in the soil and cleaned the area. Both Mike and Tom were excellent and very knowledgeable in their profession. I would highly recommend Proseptic and their staff and will recalled them in two years to perform the same service.

The time for them to come out was up in the air, but within the 2 weeks of the inspection, I called several times and left messages(6-7) and the company was unresponsive. We called 2 different numbers and Angie's tried calling one other and they never answered either.

I called Jason at ProSeptic because of the good reviews on Angie's List. Jason showed up promptly. With a little poking around in the back yard, he found the tank cover and dug it out. He pumped the tank out, put the cover back on and raked the dirt back over the cover. Since I had never had this done before, I had some questions about septic systems. Jason answered all my questions easily. I highly recommend Jason at ProSeptic. I'll be calling him again in 4-5 years.

Jason got back to me immediately and came out to give me an estimate. The crew did a great job, especially as they were working in very rocky, tight quarters. They were efficient and cleaned up and seeded area when they were done. I would recommend ProSeptic to anyone!

Contacted ProSeptic for an estimate on a new septic system as our is failing. Spoke with Jason and scheduled appointment for 9am. He never came, never called to say he wasn't coming and didn't respond to my calls to inquire about rescheduling. Disappointed as ProSeptic had great reviews on Angie's List. Very unprofessional to schedule appointment and not show up or make contact if you need to reschedule.

Very professional service and speedy service! They came with all the required equipment, workers, and trucks. They had all the right equipment for the right job. The problem was successfully resolved.

We brought the property, with 2 houses on it, 3 years ago. The houses dated from the 1900's and we had no idea when the last clean out was. We had some trouble the previous winter with the septic and called Pro to come and service the tank. They found the tank and cleaned it out.They also, at my request, gave us a very reasonable quote for new piping, grading and work. They'll be doing that next for us. Happy to have found them. Our house was built in the late 90's and to our knowledge the septic tank had never been emptied. We called ProSeptic on, I think Friday, and made an appointment for the following Monday. Jason arrived early and proceeded to locate the septic tank (we didn't know exactly where it was) and excavate around the cover. He cleaned out the tank and proceeded to replace the concrete cover as I watched. As he replaced the unreinforced cover it cracked and part of it fell into the tank. Jason was able to have one of his other teams come by later that morning to install a riser and new cover over the tank. They replaced all the excavated soil and reseeded the disturbed area. Overall, we were very impressed with punctuality and professionalism of the service provided and would recommend ProSeptic without hesitation. As seniors we received a discount on the cost of the service.

Jason got back to me quickly after initial phone call was placed and squeezed an appointment in for us last minute (on our end). Him and his crew were out there on time and conducted themselves professionally. Last minute work scheduling changed forced me to have a family member attend the work instead of myself, and they gained two customers instead of one for it. Very appreciative of the work and how they handled themselves. Very glad we chose them for this and we would definitely use them in the future.

None of our drains were working so we called roto-rooter (never. doing. again). They told us that our septic needed to be pumped so we called ProSeptic and Jason adjusted his teams schedule to accommodate a same-day appointment for us. After Jason's team pumped the tank, they suggested that we also jet it and flush the system, since the drains were still not working. After the system was jetted, the drains were still not working and Jason's team discovered that roto-rooter misdiagnosed us and that there was actually a clog in the house up the stack line. Tom and Mike found the clog and unclogged it to our amazement. We've never been so happy to have a toilet that flushes! Thanks ProSeptic!

Jason of ProSeptic was easy to communicate with electronically, came right on time and was absolutely wonderful! It was somewhat tricky to locate the Septic tank and took a lot of manuevering of the giant truck to service it, but it was all easily, quickly and professionally handled. Price was reasonable too. Would certainly recommend ProSeptic!

Jason did a great job. He and and his assistant quickly located and pumped my tank. The process did not take long at all. Both men were willing to educate me on the entire process and were very knowledgeable about the upkeep of such an old system. I would hire them again for sure.

.Mike came and cleaned septic.. He found a cast iron pipe saging and removed it and replaced it with new pipe. theywere very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again and would recommend themto my friends.Great job.

They did a great job. . Very professional and friendly. . They were right on time and pointed out some things about my tank i didn't know. . They returned later in the day to install a riser and worked on the train to complete it.

They should up a bit late - I guess I was the last run of the day, and rush hour traffic delayed their arrival. Once on site , the were professional and quick.

From the moment I found ProSeptic on Angies List and read the reviews I knew this company was for me. I thought I had a plumbing problem and after my wonderful plumber, Mark Taylor, came out and saw my flooded floors he knew it was septic backup. I went online and ProSeptic was at the top of the list with such good reviews I called them. I spoke to Jason, the owner, and he was so polite and said he could be at my home within 1-2 hours. I thought the septic was in my back yard and Jason and his men trudged through the snow only to discover what I thought was the pipe marking my Septic was in fact marking my Well. (I am not familiar with septics or wells but I am a quick learner). No one got irritated with my mistake. Then Jason explained the septic was probably in my front yard. Voila, after digging for a bit they found the cap to the septic tank. Jason explained in detail how a septic is supposed to work and he and his 2 men proceeded to hook up the drain pipe to the septic line and drained the waste. I was asked to flush my toilets and two of my three toilets were still sluggish so Jason explained jetting to me since this problem was an old one. Yes, it was going to cost additional money but, it was my call. I was pressured in no way. Because I found ProSeptic on Angies List I got a $20 discount for mentioning that to him. Also I received the 10% senior discount their ad said they would give me. I paid them and asked how often did I need their services and was told they would put me on their ' S***' list and notify me in three years. :) I would recommend ProSeptic to everyone who might have a backup or who is not sure when their septic was last serviced. A regular purge runs approximately $300-$350. Estimates are free. All the dirt was replaced and tapped down and their was absolutely no mess when they left.

they had to dig down 2 feet to get to the septic tank lid after finding out exactly where it was in my back yard. After cleaning they added a raiser the next day to ease the digging effort the next time. I had them make the raiser top 6 inches down so I could grow grass again there.
