No problems. No hassle.

I had some standing water in the back yard about 20 feet from the septic tank for about a month. There wasn't any oder so I left it alone and figured it'd go away. (We were having a lot of rain at that time). However, it wasn't getting better and with winter coming I wanted the security of knowing there wasn't anything serious going on. I found ProSeptic on Angies List. Jason the owner called shortly after I left a message. He consulted with me on the phone and we scheduled an appointment for him to come by. Jason and his employee Michael came on time to consult with me and see why there was standing water. He brought a big thick metal rod that he stuck right in the center of the puddle and it went right through the ground several feet. As he pulled up the rod, the water began rushing down into the ground and at that point there was a slight odor arising. He had enough experience to determine that there was a possibility that located right there was the cesspool (seepage pit) and it was saturated. He couldn't determine if there was any drainage from the pit out to the field. But he highly doubted there was. And the seepage pit was not functioning properly. He examined the tank and advised it was fine, as was the baffle. He advised the best long term solution would be to get new drainage redirecting away from the pit, towards the right and toward the back yards natural slope. The new pipes would be installed 2 feet underground and have a covering that would protect it from dirt and roots from clogging the holes.He showed me pictures of their work and he gave me an estimate. I told him I will think on it and will call him to schedule an appointment. I did that and on Oct. 15 he showed up promptly at 8am. with his crew and pumped the tank first. Next came the excavtor. First the seepage pit. He called me out so I can see what's going on as the work was being done. I appreciated that very much. Next was the excavation where the pipes were going to be laid out. Again I was called out so he can show me what point they were at and what was being done next. Pipes were laid out and the coverings. Next they put all the dirt back and reseeded everything nicely. They were done at approximately 1-1:30pm. Jason runs a very professional business. He knows what he is doing and has excellent work ethics. He showed up on time, charged me what he said he would and although at one point there was 2 trucks a van and a bob-cat and 4 guys doing a dirty job, they left my property in immaculate condition. I was very impressed and thankful I found such a great worker and business owner on Angies List. I have already told people about my experience with ProSeptic and highly recommend ProSeptic for anyone who needs septic work done, whether its just pumping or a big job. Jason is very knowlegible and will take the time with his customers to determine what the problem is and will get the job done fast and does it right. That is what I cared about most. A company that actually does things with dignity and cares about the customers! Thank you ProSeptic and Thank you Angies List!!

ProSeptic returned my call immediately on the holiday weekend. I spoke to the owner Jason, who asked me a series of questions about the history of our septic, number of people in the home recent traffic etc. He arrived 2 hours later and immediately located the issue. After clearing the line he also pumped the overdue tank. Before he left he put seed and mulch over the cover he dug up. I had to do that last time. I would recommend this company and will use hem in the future without a question.
