good job, good personnel

He said I needed a new septic tank and gave me an estimate of 7k. I told him I would get other estimates. After he left I noticed the septic tank lid was not put completely on and the dirt put back. I quickly call him- he said he left it open so I could get other estimates. I asked him to turn around, come back to put the lid on and put back the dirt. He said he would be right back....He never showed up and did not answer his phone or return my messages. I hired someone else to replace the septic tank for $4,500.

Prompt and honest.

Was over charged 150.00 dollars, jason promised to refund me and never did.

Hired to replace failing leach field. Always prompt returning calls. Fair price. Quick service. And our yard was left in nice shape after. They did a great job. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them myself.

Used Pro Septic for pump out, the guy who came noticed there was an issue with leach field and water was over max and would need to have this done, I asked if it made sense to continue pump he said yes and went ahead and Jason would probably deduct this from bigger job, great sounds fair. After he was complete he gave me invoice with extra charge I commented why he did not tell me this before when he was explaining other things and that I would have appreciated that before work was done that it was going to be more than my original quoted price, he just shrugged, I said thank you he said he would fill in and I said ok and walked in house. Next thing his truck pulls out, I called when I saw hole not filled in owner text me back stating that his guy said I had a attitude and I stormed in my house so he did not complete job! When I explained this was absolutely not true was told by Jason his guy had no reason to lie. Instead of picking up the phone like a respectable professional adult to a customer who just paid him for a service he kept responding with several inappropriate text that I would be glad to share, including one that states "hahahah good luck with your leachfields" I am literally speachless at this point that by simply questioning a extra charge on a bill lead to all this. I was nothing but cordial and respectful to this worker and he knows that I simply expressed annoyance that there was an extra charge on bill that he could and should have called out before hand. For that to trigger the response received from the owner and worker was so unprofessional, please also note that I paid the bill in full never stated I was not paying the extra charge, which just makes their response and aggressive text so much more bizarre.,

Arrived on time and pumped my tank within an hour. professioal and pleasant operator.

I called to have a 1,250 tank pumped. The truck arrived at 8 am the next morning. The entire process took less than 45 minutes (greeting to being handed a receipt). Professional operator. Great job guys.

Absolute bait and switch. Their salesperson tells us our entire septic tank needs replacing and it will cost $4k. When the day came to trade it out the field technician and his apprentice confirms that actually it is in perfect condition so it will only cost $1000. This sounds like great news to a home owner until you remember the original over the phone price was only around $300 plus tax. After talking via phone to the owner I'm told the huge cost now was due to the excavator that was dropped off there do the $4k trade out. The excavator was not required for a regular septic pump but because it was there we had to pay the bill????

I talked to Jason, a couple of times on the phone. Jason, help me with the next day Septic tank pumping. He informed me that the truck driver name would be Mike. Mike, know his job very well I was very pleased with the work he did for us, thank you.

I have a new construction home and had Proseptic do our septic installation. They came highly recommended by friends of mine and I could not be happier with the work performed. Mike the operator of the pump truck was on time and very professional. With out question the most through hard working young man I have ever encountered. An important asset for the company. I will certainly ask for Mike on future hires of ProSeptic👍🏼
