It turned out we did not even have a septic system, but rather a concrete block cesspool. The worker was able to dig it up, open it and confirm it was working. He was prompt, efficient, and it gave us confidence to understand what we had. Excellent service.

From booking an appointment to finishing the job and everything in between, the team at ProSeptic was great! They had someone here the day after I contacted them. The tech they dispatched, Austin, was personable and professional. He was a great communicator and handled a difficult situation (finding our tank) with ease. They also made it convenient to book the appointment by handling everything through text messagesâ may not be ideal for some customers, but for me, it was perfect. I highly recommend this company.

I spoke to a nice man on the phone. I told him my house was old I was not 100% Sure where the septic was. He said No problem! A few days later a young man came to my house we Both looked for it. I gave him a drink. He said you need a locator I said Do you have one with you? He said not with me!! He took my phone Number And I Never heard from Him Again !!!!
