Jason has incredible customer service skills. Him and his crew did an amazing job replacing my leach field and drywell system. I will never use anyone else. It also only took 5 hours from start to finish! I've used so many different companies since I've moved here and nobody was as knowledgeable as Jason and his crew.

This was an emergency call so happy to see they were prompt. They were helpful looking for the port without charging more. Explained what was going on & now know more about how to take care septic system. Did not realize what a good price I had until I spoke to my friends & how they paid. Date of svc Oct2013.

Jason and his team were AWESOME! They were extremely professional regarding their timing and work ethic. I originally contacted Jason for a pumping of a septic. Once the septic was found, Jason quickly identified that the 60 year old tank was comprised. He then went into quick action to arrange his team to come and replace the tank. By the end of the day, a new tank was in place, ground was leveled and reseeded. I have had experience with 2 other septic companies and in my opinion the Proseptic Team is at the top.

Jason , Tom and Mike knew what needed to be done and took care of it professionally and at a reasonable price. I rarily give 5 stars but they earned it. If you need your tank replaced this is the company to call.

Sean, Mike, and a third fellow were very friendly and very competent. They arrived promptly and got to work explaining the process every step of the way with good natured humor. The pipes needed to be cleared with an electric snake which I thought was a little expensive but was charged the going rate. They didn't complain when they had to shovel away the mountain of snow that was over the septic system and I definitely recommend them for emergency repairs and for routine cleaning.I will be calling them for routine maintenance in the future.

Shaun and Mike arrived on time and explained to me what they were going to do and look for. I���m not too sure if these two guys really love their job but they sure act like it. Both were very friendly, informative and knew what they were doing. ProSeptic accepted my on line coupon with no problem and without sneaking in some unknown charge to make up for it. I was impressed. I did my research about this company first and I���d recommend ProSeptic���s services to anyone at any time.
