They were able to locate a tank that I had been told previously might not even exist. It only took them 10 minutes to find. They informed me about how the septic system worked and analyzed another issue I had with my leach field. They were friendly and polite and i appreciated their professionalism.

After getting recommendations from a few people and had a few no shows after making appointments I turned to Home Advisor. ProSeptic, Jason, called me right away, made an appointment he was here, on time, really nice and informative. Great. Sent 2 guys a few days later to clean out another portion of the system that discovered needed it. They too, on time, nice, finished fast and so professional. Def would recommend. We are near Woodstock, NY.

The guys did a great job even though my tank is located in somewhat of a difficult spot.

Cost was lower than initial estimate. Job was done in less than a day.

I was very happy with the service provided by Mike and Tommy. They explained everything and did a great job. I had never had my septic tank pumped and had many concerns, but they took care of everything.

The service support person arrived at the scheduled time and cheerfully and located the septic spot on without wasted effort. The clean out of the 1000 gallon tank plus re-seeding the small grass area was accomplished within 20 minutes. I can highly recommend the service
