On time. Stuck to the schedule. Reliable. My only complaint is they did not seed as promised in the contract and forgot hay to cover the area. After some prompting on my part they did return with hay. Otherwise excellent working with them.

Very professional group.

As a first time home buyer, I was very cautious and skeptical about who I should hire. Contacting ProSeptic was the best decision I could have made for my septic pipe installation and for the cleaning of my septic tank. Sam was absolutely amazing at explaining everything from A to Z for me. Tommy and Mikey did an excellent job with installing my new pipe that leads to the septic tank, and they did not make a big mess digging. They cleaned up everything once the job was finished. Mikey even made sure my pipes were working properly in my laundry room before they left, by running a snake through the pipe. I previously had some flooding in that room. He went above and beyond to ensure that all was well. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of septic tank cleaning, and/or new pipe installations. They were truly excellent and made the process much easier to understand. Their price was great too! They arrived on time, and within a few hours, the project was complete. I am a truly satisfied customer.

Although I ultimately did not use this company because service was not required, I was impressed with customer service’s speedy and knowledgeable response to my questions and needs. They were flexible and accommodating with schedule and more than fair with the quoted price.

Called immediately and offered a reasonable price. Performed the work the following afternoon. Dug up the tank and returned the soil to almost original condition. Also checked lines for sludge.
