I would recommend using ProSeptic to anyone and would use them again. Jason was very professional and nice. He came to pump out our septic tank on time even in the pouring rain. He was done with the job very quickly. Price was very reasonable.

Quick contact and scheduling. On site service was unprofessional. Constant equipment break downs until a complete epuipment shutdown.

Business called me immediately and came to assessed the situation. They arrived on time both for evaluation and project. The old metal tank was pumped and new tank installed. Heavy rain the day of project made work difficult. The old tank collapsed after pumping. Gray water pipe was accidentally broken by backhoe and repaired. Placement of dirt removed was not well placed. There were small pieces of old tank on my yard that I had to remove. Lawn was seeded and topped with straw but grass seed grew quickly but then died. Lawn is not level and has to be reseeded. I also have small amount of cement on edge of my deck which has hardened; not sure what it was used for. The 2 workers appeared to differ at times during project. I'm thankful project is done but would have reservation about recommending ProSeptic to friends.

They were prompt, communicated clearly and quickly, and explained the whole process very well. These guys were great and very transparent about what they were going to do. I was very confident that they were going to do the job well and they did!

price quoted was less the "digging" fee

This company has the lousiest customer service. When I set up the appointment with a supervisor by the name of Sam, he neglected to make clear that digging the lid of my septic will cost me extra money. Had he told me I could have done the digging since I knew where the lid was located and saved myself $200 for the 27" square and 24" deep hole they charged me. The cost of digging was almost as much as the cost for pumping the septic tank at $265. The guy name Jason who did the work did not inform me before hand that the digging is going to cost me. I was only told before hand of the cost of pumping the septic tank. The initial $265 quote given to me ended up being a $500 (including tax) job. This company has a predatory practice to unsuspecting customers.
