The guy that came to pump my septic broke the lid by hitting it with a pick before even checking to see if needed to be hit that hard after I had it dug up. Two different guys came back a few days later to put her another slab of cement over the broken one and lied to me saying the company doesn t make my lid anymore. So now there s no way to move the other lid which sits on top of the ground which needs to be mowed around. Jason the owner is polite but no resolution yet. They need to replace the lid they broke and leave my property the way it was found.

Jason called and he was great- not offended that I was also getting other estimates and opinions. He showed up on time and was appreciative of my job and how it wasn't so flexible so he worked around that as well as how to pay. He also gave me some good information and answered questions. Already have him on my calendar for 5 years from now.

Many local companies were not available but Pro Septic was available the next day for an EMERGENCY backup and to empty septic tank at my elderly parent's house. They were shown the area the tank was located by my parent personal care aide. When I called aide to check on progress, he said the ProSeptic worker and truck left without any further word or completing any work.

you don t get what you paid. I called them in an emergency situation. The main discharge was clogged so I figured I would get it also. They came pumped and left us with a clogged main drain. Every other company pumped and checks flow and if needed snake the pipe. Not these guys. When I called and explained what is still going on the guy started yelling at me. He said they would not come back. Of course because they are already paid. Now I have to hire a plumber and spend more money to do what I paid these guys to do.

ProSeptic arrived on time, parked the heavy truck on the driveway rather than attempting to drive on the lawn preventing any damage to the lawn. The driver was courteous and efficient, completed the Job in about two hours and cleaned up when finished. I saved some money by locating and digging up the hatch cover myself. We plan on using this company again for the next cleaning.

I was in a quandry, the firm I usually have used didn't even return my call. So one Sat. night I got on the computer and googled firms in my area. Pro Sceptic had a web site. I went on it, filled in my information and sent it off, figuring I would hear on Mon. Well, I got a call that night and they were able to come on Mon. Super service.
