Description of Work: Replaced an old furnace. Furnace died on one of the coldest weekends this past January. Effron/Petro is our oil provider, and since they had previously removed our in ground oil tank and installed an above ground tank we called to see if they could help us out. Sales rep met with us on Sunday and had a crew at our home on Monday to install a new furnace. Work went smoothly and by Monday evening old furnace was removed and new one installed. Crew was professional and knowledgeable. They provided us with a 6 month payment plan to spread out this expenditure.

Description of Work: They were called when my circulator and feeder broke. No one fixed it and they tried to inflate the cost of repairs and parts. I am still without heat. I was ignored repeatedly when making calls to them. It was handled very unproffessionally.

Description of Work: They supply my tenant with oil and I have a service contract with them for the maintenance of the furnace. I switched to them for my propane as well because, although they are a bit more expensive than my previous supplier (Kimlin), they are MUCH nicer and more accomodating.
