Description of Work: their representative, cat, went to one of the houses that I sold and measured the oil in the tank. this was not even their client but she went and did it immediately, so the attorneys would have it for the closing. she is great to work with and I always recommend that company.

Description of Work: I called to determine what my monthly smart pay would be. The customer rep was professional and reassured me when my payment would be due. He also reassured me when the new smart pay plan would go into effect. I call them every month to pay mybill. They are courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Annual cleaning. Took months to get appointment. "20 minute" warning for us to leave work turned into a 2 hour wait for them to arrive. When they finally arrived, service was done and no problems.
