 + -1 moreIt went very smoothly. Oneil was always available by phone or by email. What impressed me the most was his reaction when he learned that I was worried about the roof before he was able to begin the job. It had been dry for a week or two and then a big rain was predicted. I didn't want the damaged roof to get wet again. As soon as I told him, he rushed over the same day and covered the whole roof with a huge tarp. This was several days before he was free to begin working. That was really great. Also, he and his crew are friendly and professional.
Description of Work: Oneil Baker and his crew removed all the old shingles from our one-story house, cut out several damaged areas of the roof and patched the areas with plywood, then reshingled with the ice barrier and ridge vent. All of this work was completed in 5 days. (One day was Sunday and one day it rained, so start to finish it was a week.) They also put the flashing around two chimneys. And they cleaned everything up.
