Description of Work: Flashing around the furnace chimney had deteriorated resulting in water pouring into the basement. Mike came over immediately, assessed what it would take to make the repairs. He sent an estimate within a day. I contacted him to make the repairs and he gave me a date when he could do it. He showed up on time and did the repairs as stated. We have had no leaks since. He also showed me where my shingles are coming apart, resulting in the granules washing into the gutter. He provided an estimate to reroof the whole house which I thought was very reasonable and replaced one of the shingles with an extra one so I could send to the manufacturer since the shingles are still under warranty. I plan to fix the roof soon and will call on Mike.

Description of Work: We have extensive water leaking into the lower level of our house due to ice dams on the roof. All Weather visited the house and observed the leaking and will come back in the Spring and do the required repairs.
