Mike and Nancy Melara came together to give the estimate and did most of the work themselves. They had workers doing clean-up and removal of debris. Everything went smoothly. They are very friendly people. Definitely would hire again.

From the first call to Mike, on a Monday, he was at the house on Wednesday, received the estimate that Firday and the work was done by the following Wednesday. Mike is very professional.

I am very pleased with how everything went.

All work was completed very promptly and although I am not in the area (work out of the area), I will have photos from them very soon to let me know how things turned out.

He explained that the job I needed was a very small job. He gave me the name of a gentleman who would be more than happy to do a small job. I was truly impressed

Mike responded quickly to my request for an estimate and arrived when he said he would. We had an e-mailed estimate from him a few hours later. I asked Mike by e-mail what a slightly better grade shingle would do to the estimate and he called me with the answer the following morning. We decided to go with the original shingle. I had expected to wait several weeks before Mike would be able to get to my job, but another customer's shingles were back-ordered so Mike offered me that customer's slot, which was literally the next week. The shingles were lifted onto the roof on a Monday morning, the dumpster arrived Monday afternoon and the work began at 6:30AM Tuesday morning and the work was completed before noon that Friday. The bulk of the work was done my Mike & Nancy themselves and two helpers, with a third helper the day they did the biggest section. The work was performed a section at a time so that the entire roof was never exposed. On the one or two occasions when rain was possible, tarps were spread over the exposed edges of the work to protect it. Mike & Nancy were very thorough and very knowledgeable and really a pleasure to work with. They take obvious pride in their work and you can see it in the tidiness of their truck (clean and well organized, with everything in its place) and the care with which they clean and lubricate their nail guns (Nancy's specialty). The work was neat and the clean-up was complete. All of the gutters were blown out and the entire perimeter of the house was cleaned of nails and debris. Other than the spiffy new roof and flashing, you can't tell that they were here. By far the best clean-up we've had from any contractor.

Mike and Nancy arrived exactly on time to give me an estimate. There has been pretty much non-stop rain these days, and when they e-mailed me with an estimate they did not know when they would be able to do the work because of the rain. Then, listening to the weather, they decided to try for this past weekend. On Saturday, as I'd left for an appointment at 6:30 a.m., I never did see them. But I came home to find the old roof boots (Mike left them so that I could see the difference between the old ones and the ones he was now installing) and a brightly painted chimney (which had begun to rust). On Sunday, they arrived on time, and before I had to leave. Mike explained what they'd be doing and answered a few questions I had from the day before. When I left they were working on the major roof problem. By the time I returned, they were gone and the job was done. There was not one scrap left behind. They cleared up and took all the remains of the old roof with them.

THey were incredible friendly and professional, explained everything to me and instead of recommending expensive services, they actually told me that my roof would last a couple more years.

This winter we had a very bad ice dam on our roof and the water got behind the siding and ruined the ceiling in our kitchen and family room. Mike Melara (the owner) came over and looked at the ice dam and determined the problem with our roofing that was allowing the ice and water to get behind the siding. He came back after the snow melted and provided me with a very reasonable estimate to correct the problem. He just finished the repairs and did a couple of additional tasks on the roof that we requested. The workmanship is excellent and he did the complete job for the amount he estimated. He even left us with the extra shingles he did not end up using. This is a class company that does excellent work for a reasonable price. We could not be happier with this contractor.

Very well. They know roofing , family business. recommended a vally was not contructed properly and did the repair found rotted panel and replaced even tho not in estimate. felt they were very honest and professional. confirm other reviews. will definately hire this summer to replace roof

Mike called back promptly after our contacting him, after explaining our concerns he came over and inspected the roof. He gave us a detailed explanation of what was needed and the cost. As it turns out Mike went over and above what he needed to do because a special pipe was needed which had him making an out o the way trip to pick it up at a distant dealer. He and his wife work hard, they are professional, cleaned up after the job. The price was excellent and he did not charge for his extra driving etc for the materials and in fact reduced the overall charge because he did not need to replace a cap that he originally quoted us. He was prompt in arrival, called us back and kept us well informed on the work. The work done was excellent and while he was here we had him look at the garage roof. We had him come back to replace the flashing and gutters on our garage roof. Again his services were professional, work excellent and price reasonable. The work place was cleaned of debris at the end of the job. I will be referring my friends to him whenever they need someone for roofing concerns.

Mike made photos to show me the problem and photos of the repair as he performed the work. This enabled me to understand without having to go on my roof.

The quote was $23,000. He was very good and explained everything very well. Took a lot of time and answered questions online for me after he?d come. He was punctual and very professional. The price was a good price.

They were wonderful. I wished I had met him two years ago when I had my roof done. He did patch it up very well. I have not had a leak since then. They were a wonderful couple; I really liked them. They fixed a leak where the two roofs meet where the crack is and it goes down. So far, there has not been a leak and I am happy about it. I would like him to do the rest of the roof but I would have to rip up what the other guy did. I wish I had the money now. I have to save for it. It is terrible. I wish I knew about Angies List before. I was very satisfied with the work. He charged me $225. He ran some steam across where the dent is because there is water somewhere there. The earlier guy did not do the right job. There are so many holes in my roof now because they went on top of the other roof I had. Right now he has patched it up. He did an excellent job. He did not just put tar down; he put something else on top of it because it could seep through the tar. I have written down what he put on top. He explained everything to me. He was very calm and his wife was very helpful. They worked together as a team on whatever they did. Overall, I was very pleased with them. The price was reasonable. He was very responsive. Even though it was a small job, he made time to come and do it. I did not have to wait too long for him to do the job except when it was raining. I have already spent a lot of money on the roof and I have other projects. Hopefully by next year I will have some money together and I will be able to call him back. He has explained to me that the material might cost more next year but I can understand that.

Mike showed up at the appointed time to look at the job and provide an estimate. He began the work several days later, again showing up at the appointed time (he wanted to come at 6, but was willing to wait until 7 to give my family members a chance to wake up on their own first). His work was meticulous. Without bad-mouthing the person who initially installed the roof, he showed us what they had done incorrectly the first time and how he would be doing the work (correctly) this time. We had a concern about whether the new shingles Mike had purchased would match matching the existing shingles, which Mike addressed immediately by ascertaining the make of the existing shingles and making a special trip to his supplier to get new shingles.

This was our first experience with a company from Angie's List and membership was worth it with this company alone. Mike and Nancy were very professional in examining our roof problems from a previous contractor, in recommending what should be done, and in providing a prompt estimate within a few hours (!) of their visit. Our experience was first-class all the way, and we would enthusiastically recommend All Weather Roofing to anyone. Thanks, Mike and Nancy, for a great job!

I need 2 roof boots replaced. Mike gave me a very reasonable quote. He came early this morning (7:20 am) and finished in an hour. He even fixed a few loose roof shingles while he was up on the roof. I had a piece of vinyl siding blown off during a storm, Mike put it back up for me without charging me. Thank you Mike.

There were no negatives, only positives. Mike and his crew did a very good job. They also did a superb job cleaning up the area.

I called a few different companies for estimates, and none of them were as thorough and knowledgeable as Mike from All-Weather. The old roof had been installed years before I bought the house, and Mike explained why it was leaking and where the mistakes in installation were. He showed me the product he was using and explained in detail how the new roof was going to resolve the problems I was having. He provided me a 6-page long list of references! When I asked other companies for references, they looked at me like I was from Mars. He was fast to start the job (important because my roof was leaking) and professional and thorough. He and his crew were working for 3 days without any delays and never left without making sure everything was covered, clean, and secure. The new roof works fantastically with much better drainage than before, and the gutters look great and don't need leaf-cleaning every month like the old ones.

I needed someone ASAP and Mike was able to come right away. I was about 15 mins late, but he showed up on time and was already doing the job when I arrived. He explained all the items he found, offered suggestions and advice. The next day he provided a report with estimated costs for repairs.

Came quickly to make estimate, provided huge list of references, started work a few days later, always telling us when they would be working and always here when they said. Finished all work in 4 working days and did a beautiful job. Cleaned up behind themselves. We are totally pleased with their work.

This contractor came to me via recommendation of a friend. Mike arrived and gave a free estimate in writing. Once accepted, he provided me with a copy of the contract along with several pages of references for me to contact if I so wished. Mike gave me a start date and asked for one-half of the contract amount to be paid on delivery of materials. I agreed. The materials and dumpster arrived and were situated and the very next morning Mike arrived with his 3 assistants. The entire job was completed in 3 days and I cannot tell you enough what a pleasure it was to work with a contractor and a team as professional and efficient as All Weather Roofing! I did not have to lift a finger to do anything - the crew arrived on time, performed their jobs with commendable competence and left my home in almost pristine condition. I highly recommend this company and crew.
